I got really confused at first, but after a few attempts I could understand the concept :D It is really interesting and unique idea, I would love to see if you add new mechanics and some sound effects. Well made!
Brilliant idea for a game. I wonder if seeing this concept gives us a small insight into the workings of your mind 🤣. I did find it quite confusing but once I'd worked it out I found I could consistently get 20 or 22 on each level. Other things I would have liked to have seen would be a way to win, a way to lose, and sound effects.
im really really bad, but this is like really really awesome!!! keep making great games
thanks for playing:D
the gameplay part is my fault—I didn’t include enough instructions in my instruction page, making the game hard to understand.
I posted the “best solutions” I found so far on my game page if u want to check it out :D
Thanks for the review!
So my first run i was confused, but i understood pretty quickly, and my second attempt i rethought my gameplay. i found it best to avoid placing on tiles that were -5 or higher, and putting the portals on the edge gave me a beautiful 0 to work with. i could see this game getting some new levels with unique mechanics and it could be such a fun little game, but even in it's current state it is super cool. very well done!
thanks for playing :D
Originally my idea was actually a very far reach for trijam—4 dimensions each connected to each other. However, at the end, I went with the two time dimensions approach—which turns out to be a great idea since I still struggled with time.
Also I fully agree with the suggestion to add additional mechanics: My gameplay loop did not work as well as I expected—the tile collapse after each earning period isn’t enough for the player to switch strategies since the solutions can all be flipped. Some new gameplay loop mechanics could definitely help.
Thanks for the review again! I don’t have time currently but I will play ur game tmr :D
Great game. I like the concept.
Thanks for playing:) I am glad you understood the concept since I was afraid I did not convert my idea clearly
I fixed a bug in my game in which I will re upload a better version later!(It is a small bug tho so it really does not matter)
Due to me unable to explain the rules clearly, this game will cause some confusions.
