Has a solid warioware-esque appeal. Nice!

I liked this game but the one-handed controls really were throwing me. I wish I could either: A) use the arrow keys to move and space to place, or B) Use WASD and LMB to place.
Great little game, once I got the hang of it I was able to make connections pretty quickly (though missing and having to restart the line hurts). This might be the most accurate depiction of what most CEOs spend their days doing. The cherry on top was that the player's monocle moves to look at wherever you are going. This level of detail allowed me to truly immerse myself in the fantasy that I was an all powerful CEO. Well done!
This was really interesting! The fast paced gameplay was fun, though I would personally have preferred a balance more toward puzzles that require you think (I feel like I just did the obvious thing every time and it worked out) and instead made it a bit more forgiving with alignment and things, given the fast pace. I kept going slightly too far, or stopping just a little too short, and then having to go back to make the connection again.
Regardless, this was a great first entry. Nice work!
Thank you! We ended up leaning on more fast-paced puzzles because we didn't want to overwhelm players with a tough puzzle on a time limit. We decided to focus on the flow of the levels and how well players could react in time to what they had to do, but I can totally see where more depth could be added in the future
Super fun speedy puzzle game!! I loved all the different mechanics and the upgrades you can get. It doesn't really connect to the theme though.
Very good game design.
A little laggy in browser.
The theme connection was pretty loose.
Very fun. Nice job!
And the addiction highscore in this jam goes to this game! I played this for way too long, determined to beat my previous score. It was a great time!
- (+) I love the expansion of the mechanics. You made a solid core mechanic and a lot of natural and fun extra mechanics based on it. I was always curious to find out what was coming next. Even the shop!
- (+) Music was a jam. I was bopping along the entire time.
- (-) I kept accidentally letting go of the line when trying to drop it onto a connection point. I feel like maybe they have different interaction box sizes, or maybe the interaction sizes don’t scale with the icons, but there were many times I felt like I was connecting it but was too far away.
Great job!
Easy addictive puzzle game. Finished it!
Liked theme and puzzleness.
Final score = 13560
Should I feel bad for the interns that I skipped for profit?
Pretty solid gameplay loop, and really cool to see the main mechanic is also the way you interact with the shop. Makes me wonder which CEO we're inside the mind of when their most visual thoughts are of top hats and fancy watches. Wait, are we inside the monopoly guy?
Bro I have just landed 14m in seed capital for my side hustle in which I am currently disrupting the bread browning business by innovation and pure willpower, and its all thanks to this game unlocking the full potential of my brain.
There is a lot of levels, and I like how the shop interface is a continuation of the neuron connecting theme. The clock did glitch out at one point and stop counting down (after I got 2 top hats), but it didn't really impact the game otherwise.
Nice job 😊
Glad you enjoyed the game! You're one step closer to truly maximizing profits and becoming a real market-shaker :)
I am curious though - when you got the top hat the second time, did you have a tutorial for a mechanic afterwards? If so, the clock pauses during tutorial segments so that could explain why. Otherwise, I'd like to see if this a bug that could be fixed.
Had alot of fun with this one, The high concept was great, and the puzzles were well thought out.
I really enjoyed the physics based motion and the ramping complexity.
I would have liked some sort of way to grab my attention towards the player at the start of a level. I would sometimes lose track of the player character upon spawning in
Really fun! Loved the combination of puzzles and need for precision and speed from the time pressure
Awesome game! I made it to level 42! The idea for game was really unique, the gameplay was pretty fun (and addicting) and the music was great too!
Really well thought out concepts for the different types of puzzles, sometimes it did feel like i could cheat a little and place wires at the edge of my zone which i don’t think i was supposed to be able to reach :D Very fun and the rotating brain always in the bg was a good idea :)
super fun game!! made it to level 49. loved the music and its a unique concept for a game. great work folks!
Awesome game. Made it to level 43.
The puzzles are simple enough but the concepts are introduced well, and the gameplay is addicting in that adrenaline-rush sort of way.
The music really gets the blood pumping haha
Managed to make it to level 65 with $32454!
This was a great game. Simple core concept, but really well executed and engaging. I think there's a lot of potential in this core gameplay loop to be further experimented with, and would love to see a full or expanded game.
When it became endless, it was really fun to see how quickly I could beat the familiar puzzle, maintain momentum and try to make it to the next shop.
The artstyle was nice, and the music was pretty catchy.
My only real gripe is that the hitboxes could be a bit finnicky at times when connecting. Overall though, this was a lot of fun.
