Hello. I originally intended to pay $3.75, but it was mistakenly paid as $6003.75. Please refund me, thank you.

My Visa credit card account is ****************.

The link to the product is:https://cyber-wifu.itch.io/sroet-foghter.

The  system design is too unreasonable. Why can't you only pay for the price of the goods?

Please contact support.

Thank you for your reply.

I have sent two emails to support@itch.io 15 hours ago,  but did not receive a response.

Support can't answer that quickly, and it was the weekend. If it takes much longer, please read the rules of this category, they tell you what to do.

Thank you for your reply.

I would like to explain that I have already sent two emails to Itch.io Support (support@itch.io) about three days ago, however, I am sorry that I have not received any response until now.

I have read in some community posts that "Itch.io may only allow refunds within 7 days of purchase". I am not sure whether this is accurate, but I am quite concerned about the refund eligibility due to the relatively large amount I paid.

I hope you understand my concern and sincerely appreciate your assistance.

Best regards

It would have saved a lot of time if you had said that from the start. I've let our admins know.

Thank you very much for your help.

I would like to explain that it has now been 6 days since I first sent emails Itch Support  (support@itch.io) regarding my refund request. Yet, I have not received any response or update so far.

I'm not sure if there is a strict “7-day refund window” policy, but I’m concerned that I may miss the chance to receive a refund due to the delay.

Could you please let me know approximately when I can expect the refund to be processed?

Thank you again for your time and understanding.

Best regards.

I don't know. Please see the rules of this category, where it says not to ask questions like that, because it depends. And I already told our admins three days ago.

Wow, this is a very big mistake.

Because of the high transaction value, I recommend posting the support ticket number here so the moderator can inform the staff of the urgency of the issue.

Normally, users are expected to wait a few days and read the rules, but paying $6,000 isn't exactly a common mistake.

I think the design of the payment mechanism is very unreasonable:

1) Its payment amount is surprisingly customized and can be infinitely higher than the original price. I think payment and donation should be separated

2) The decimal point in the text box surprisingly moves to the right, otherwise, the maximum payment would be $63.75

You might want to remove your credit card number from public places. And maybe do not use your email as your username. That is ingredients for indentity theft.

And remove that key for customer support reference. That is also a secret.

This is not customer support, this is a public message board. So is the comment section of the game in question. Everyone can read that info. You do not want that.

Thank you very much for your reminder!

I can't decide what the most ridiculous and astounding aspect of this thread is... this person posting their cc#, their $6000 "typo", or the fact the cc# has been allowed to stay up here for a whole week. 🤦

You seriously need to contact your credit card company and request a new card with a new number.

It was a busy week moderation-wise and still is. I edited out as much private information as I could, but really, it's up to people not to post it in the first place. Thanks though.

Thank you very much for your reminder! The credit card number has been deleted.

The original price was $3.75, and the payment input field on the system had a default value of $6.00. I tried to change it by using Ctrl + A to select all and then typed 3.75.

Unfortunately, it seems that the system does not recognize Ctrl + A, and it also automatically shifts the decimal point, so what I entered was interpreted as 6003.75$ instead of 3.75$.
