For the drinking related scenes: I was afraid the alcoholism was too much telling and not showing, so I wanted to make one of the memory about him being drunk to really show it. But I guess it can be too forceful, huh?I’ve heard the mazes are a bit hard to handle from a few people. I’ll be more careful when I try something in that vein next time.
For the theme, I mostly planned it to be about the gameplay of finding the letters (most of them are light hidden in the dark after all). The theme application in the story is a bit more collateral.
It was a bit hard for me to tell how hard the letters were to find, that’s also why I made sure for him to have a normal name.^^ Which letters did you get?
