Very well polished puzzle game. It was pretty hard to solve these puzzles. I tried a lot to solve one of the puzzles but couldn't.. lol! But the puzzle design is pretty amazing and well implemented. One suggestion i would give is, the starting levels should be easy like the grid size should be smaller and need less words to complete and as the game progress after some level you can increase the size of the grid.

You can expand this game after jam and design levels in progressive way and release it for mobile, it has a great potential in my opinion. Great work!

Thank you!

The game already works on mobile.

I don’t think the grid can be made smaller, given the core concept of the puzzle. Each piece needs to be a 3-letter block, and together they must form a larger hexagon. The number of required words is directly tied to the grid’s size.

As for the difficulty, it definitely gets easier with practice—which is kind of the point of "brainteaser" games like this. I suggest starting by finding a 3-letter word along the edge of the grid, then looking for a 4-letter word next to it. Once you get going, the rest tends to fall into place.

Thanks again for playing and for your feedback!

Great puzzle game! Definitely keeps me wanting to play. The game feel was cohesive and made each click feel like it mattered.

Nice game!

Thank you so much. ALOHA is actually not in the dictionary, lol. Your puzzle is not solved yet. You'll know when it is.

The game is very deep and quite difficult, haha, at least for me. It's rare for a jam to create such a game, as not everyone dares to do so, as many people may simply burn out and fail to complete the game. Additionally, the game boasts a pleasant visual and sound design, but it lacks some soothing background music for an immersive experience

Pretty nice game! It took my attention more than i expected, it was tough but really interesting. Nice job overall. This game can definelly become something bigger in the future with more challenges, daily challenges, leaderboard etc! Nice job

This one is pretty tough, like rubix cube for words haha. The idea is really interesting and implemented well. I can see myself spending hours completing the puzzles! Dont know how this really fits into the theme, with the dictionalry being your resource :D Nevertheless, well done on this, i had fun!

Thank you, glad you liked it.

Pretty fun word game. Took me a second to get into, though.

The presentation is, well, what you would expect from a word game :)

As for the theme- not many resources in this game.

GAMEPLAY: Not often you get word games in jams, so I was intrigued. The example in the main menu was very helpful--I got excited at a tutorial, which I never thought I'd say. With how the rotation scheme works, I'd appreciate tooltips as I hover over hexagons, or at least an undo button. I kept hitting one over par because I clicked the wrong hex--and when I got par, it didn't update my best >:(. I also couldn't go back to the menu, which was unfortunate, because I wanted to play more. Hard to find an original take on a daily word game, but I think you hit it.

VISUALS: I'd almost want it to go more minimal. Screw the gradients, screw the background. I really shouldn't be complaining, though, it serves the game well as is.

AUDIO: The mechanical take is a bit odd for a minimalist word game, but I do appreciate a few clinks as I rotate the pieces. No music, but something Wordle-esque shouldn't have any.

THEME: Hardly fits at all, but in a way, I don't see how a word game could fit the theme more.

Thank you for the effort writing up a detailed review.

To"go back to the menu", that is, to choose again between Daily and Binge, you need the restart the app. In Binge mode you can play as much as you like.

The tooltips would work on a desktop, but this is a causual game intended mostly for mobile users.

Huge fan of word games, and loved the unique concept on this one! Found it a bit difficult personally, but enjoyed it nonetheless!

The UI, graphics and sound design are really pleasing and excellently done!

FWIW, since you mentioned you're a big fan of words games, there are a few more original ones at https://beautiful-mind-games.itch.io (or https://bmgomg.com). Cheers.

An interesting game that can be used to learn new words or just develop mindfulness. I didn't have enough hints, like how to rotate a common hexagon to find the words correctly, but the fact that the game has a dictionary of all the words is very convenient
