The art style is cohesive and helps tell the story. It looked like I could select creatures, but clicking seem to do nothing. Other than my seeming powerlessness, it was a fun little game.
 

Loved this game maker style game! Was chill and was vibing the whole time, this is like a Tamagachi style play through for me great for a first time game jam!

Incredible artsyle! The beginning was a little slow, but once you buy your first item it picks up quite a bit. I think I would also like to be able to pet the monsters, I think they deserve some love. Great job!

This game is incredibly cute! I love that they all put on these little hats! Adorable! I'd love to see what happens later and what happens with evil and good with those cute little creatures. Keep up the good work! 

The only thing missing is some background music. Also I think it would be nice if there was a description for each item.

I think I also found a bug, where I bought the radio for 20 coins in the store, but instead got the shovel (which is 100 coins). When I then later bought the shovel, I didn't receive anything new. 

The art style is really cute! The moth is my favorite >:D. It's an interesting game idea. The monsters even put on hats! 

For some reason a couple of things I already had returned to the shop and when I bought them the game turned black. Maybe it crashed. 

All in all, the concept is good and it's made really well!

This is an unbelievably cute game, I love the short story (I too would surrender like that if these cute little guys were adoptable if I did so) and all of the designs were absolutely adorable. 10/10 would raise hell with the monsters again :D

Good game! It's pretty much fun to play. The graphics are great too. I bought a radio, but I got a shovel instead. And like other said, the TV crash the game

I really adore the art of the game. Missed some cute music accompany it.

The story is cute although short, but not to short.

Only problem I got with it, that I'd love to name my little cute monsters after they hatch :3.

Great first game jam submission, can even see further development into it.

Oh and maybe add a "Press to return to main menu" or jump to the starting scene after the end. I was waiting a minute and some input, whether theres more dialogue.

interesting game, there was a glitch where the shovel was a tv and when I bought the tv the game crashed. also the end screen is very sudden and I have no idea what I did to achieve it and so It doesn't feel satisfying. I like the art, if you had good passive music and potentially a less abrupt ending this could have been one of best I've seen presentation wise.

This was a cute game, I love the art style, dialogue, the creatures, and picking up coins was super satisfying, really good job

Unfortunately when I went to buy one of the last items it went to a black screen and crashed (console errors), but I would love to see what was supposed to happen - but regardless enjoyed it!
