There were a lot more levels than I expected!  You did a good job of presenting the player with simple tutorial levels to explain mechanics.  A lot of people struggle with this in puzzle-like games.

I think the enemy type controlled by the same movement beacons as the player was a neat twist, but by the last level, it felt like there was a lot to keep track of (as well as timing button presses to).  Mouse controls further complicate the input scheme where I think even multiple keyboard key presses would have been challenging.  If you were to expand on this, I think some sort of keyboard input scheme would help a lot.

This was really well polished! I like that you managed to create puzzles that not only required planning but also good memorization and reflexes to execute. The shader and low-fi maps were a great combination as well. It could be my monitor's color calibration, but at first I didn't quite understand what the blue button was doing since the doors were blending into the background but it wasn't a huge problem once I realized what it did. I'm always impressed that people are able to think up puzzles like this in such a short timeframe!

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! I agree with the doors blending a bit, this was something I only noticed when testing on my phone, way later into the jam, and I didn’t have time to fix unfortunately.

The original idea was to just control the little droid with some weird controls. It being in a grid and all sparked some puzzle ideas which I ended up trying to expand on as the jam progressed. Although I’m not sure I can even call the last levels puzzles.

Really creative and challenging puzzles!! I like how the mechanics built up from level to level. It feels like a lot of thought went into it :) nice job!

Thanks for the comment! At the end of the jam I was throwing level ideas at the wall and seeing what would stick 😅

I like the general vibe and style of this game, once you get how controls work it also became quite addictive and puzzling, though I wasn't able to beat 4th room, just kept falling and restarting the level

Thanks for the feedback! If you are playing on PC, you can press the letter “o” to skip to the next level. I didn’t have enough time to do a good enough difficulty progression unfortunately, so some levels do come out of a left field or require specific skills that aren’t necessary on later levels.
