This game is beautiful. Cute art and concept, I was sweating when the deer approached the roadway. Other than that I was having a good time.

The art and music are lovely! I like the way you thought around the theme, the concept is very cute! I'd just add more pathways like in the beginning to guide the player to the correct places, cuz I got really lost some times lol

The music, art, and environment design, and pacing made this a delightful experience! All those aspects worked together to create a great atmosphere to explore and I enjoyed wandering around the forest and cave like an inquisitive newborn deer. Cute game and great submission!

When I as the road I swored I was going to cry becasue of the game. Well done on the visuals of the game. I really loved the art. I was trying to explore but mmost of my exploring took me to the next area lol

I really enjoyed it! The visuals were amazing! If I could change one thing, I would make the camera a little bigger. But other than that, it is a very creative game. (I love just spamming z)

Cute little game, I was worried when I saw "make sure to explore a lot!" but it is quite intuitive where to go and the end is pretty sweet

Very fun game and super cute! I got a bit lost on the begining since I didn't understand really the goal, but with a bit exploring I ended up imersed in this super cute enviroment. I had lots of fun and ended up just spamming the bleat button everywhere! Good job and keep going!

Totally adorable and precious! Embarrassing how long I just spammed bleat before realizing I was supposed to move with arrows. It also took me a minute or two to figure out what I was forgetting at the end, but the scenery with all the beautiful rain was so lovely that I enjoyed just wandering around a bit. Speaking of the end, the ending screen drawings were so cute, you did such a good job with making them slightly realistic while still being pixelated. You had me prettttty nervous for a moment there when the deer was heading toward the road, don't scare me like that! Overall, such a great entry, especially for a first time jam entry

I love how the music changes for the scenes in the game, it really ties in the immersion and its a really fine detail to implement.

I think the cave could've afforded to be a bit shorter and but I appreciate the easter egg being really easy to find. "Aren't you forgetting something" is also a bit vague in a game with almost no words that appear before it.

Very wholesome! I loved the art and the style was very cute, the story was told very well despite no dialogue! The camera felt a little close and I wouldn't mind a little less walking space in between areas, but overall very cute game :D

Love the art.  Could use a tighter play space, especially in the cave there were there were long stretches of nothing. Also the inconsistency of the berries, unable to pick them up in the first zone and having to pick them up in the second made me almost miss them. Could be an interesting game.

Love the relaxing pixel art and sounds, the moment I found the road was quite impactful. Really felt the significance of what that road probably would represent in the world as a deer. 

Good variety of areas too, the tile based movement makes me intrigued to how you could further expand the gameplay as well. 👍

Really cool little interactive experience type of game! The art is really pretty, the music is really good and the general vibes of the game are incredibly cute and sweet! The little cutscenes are REALLY well made! The forest is just big enough to feel like you are lost in it/feel like there is a big unknown world out there, like a baby would feel the first time they go exploring. I needed the wholesomeness in my life, so thanks!

I did get some stutters (and I can see some people did as well), but nothing serious or too disruptive. I will say that I feel like that usually happened when I bleated and immediately started moving right/left as fast as I could, so it might be something about how the moving is processed in relation to the animation ending.

Super cute! Everything works together to give a unique feeling to the environment. I did experience some weird stuttering in spots, but it didnt halt gameplay and it was infrequent enough to mostly ignore. A highlight would be the combination of deer and the piano. They pair so well together!

Oh yeah, this is a banger. What a fun little experience. I am very impressed that you had cinematics in a Jam entry. I haven't seen a lot of people try that. It was a really ambitious project and I feel like you executed on it beautifully. Excellent work!

Aww, this game is so en-DEER-ing! HA! Next time mom tries to abandon me she better run farther away. And thank goodness that driver wasn't driving after a beer.

Very cute game! Really felt lost in the forest, not knowing what to do and where to go

My only critique would be to shorten the length of the frames in the cutscenes, sometimes it feels like the game isn't working :(

But other than that, really great entry!!!
