What do you mean by "auto repeat"? If you're referring to when mid-air pills fall after a match is made, you can either hold down to speed it up or turn off the "Manual Avalanche Speedup" setting under controls.
Ah I see, the current speed it meant to mimic NES Dr. Mario's speed, but honestly I agree its a bit slow. I'll make it faster in the next patch for all modes except classic, and it'll be toggleable in custom gamerules screen
