Game Description
Dan Mauser is a ghost hunter, with his camera he can capture the power of the ghosts and consume them and use that power against them for a limited time.
How does your game tie into the theme?
It fits somewhat.

The art is so great. I wish the game had rebindable keys or at least an alternative control scheme.
Thank you! We will update that soon!
This might be one of my favourite interpretations of the unreliable narrator for this jam, ending gave me a good laugh.
The power stealing ability fits with the theme and I really like all the art for this game.
I did get stuck once in between a platform and a chandelier and had to reset the game.
We will soon fix that issue. Thank you for playing <3
I really liked this one! Very cool mechanic with the flashlight, and the art and vibes were awesome.
Thanks!
Very interesting interpretation of the concept where you consume your enemy's powers. Loved the artwork and the movement flow, although I got stuck between some assets like the lamp and the floor where I couldnt move. Good work!
Thank you for feedback!
I really liked the "twist" at the end and the concept of using the enemy's abilities against them. I thought that one of the abilities made me invisible as I was able to enter the next stage but when I took a photo of the same enemy it gave me a different ability so maybe the first time was unintentional? Either way good job on the entry!
Thanks!!!
I liked the gameplay. And altough the i didn't like the controls the game feels really smooth. I sadly had a bug after dying 3 times to the first enemy where the restart screen would be stuck in the level and I couldn't see the real level behind it anymore. After completing the first level with this bug the restart screen was still present in the second level which made it unbeatable for me because I didn't know the layout.
Wow how that happaned? We know that game is full of bugs... Time was our enemy in this jame but we gonna update that all !!!
The ending was a nice touch. The art fit the ghost hunter setting well. I like the concept of absorbing the enemy's power, but it would have been nice to have a better idea how long each would last. I did notice a glow around the character after absorbing, but you also started the level with it and it felt like the powers did not always last the same amount. I also got stuck on the second level between the chandelier and platform and had to restart.
Thank you! We will update that soon!
Cute platformer! Might need some polising.
Art is good and kept in same-ish style (aside from hand drawings, but thats clearly analog wildcard)
Music and SFX: Music is fine, a bit too fast-pase for game speed. SFXs are great
Gameplay: Classic platformer with intresting twist. Having to get close and personal to monsters with ranged attacks seems like great idea, but camera flash locking player from jumping makes it impossible do dodge enemy attack, if it decides to attack. Seems a bit too random.
Bugs noticed: Music doesn’t loop. Player can stand on enemies. Enemies can stand on player. Player doesn’t fall during camera flash. Player can still move and attack after dying.
Nothing gamebreaking by itself, but I did manage to get stuck once in this position: :D
Other notes: Would be great to have fullscreen option (for itch) and sound options (for game itself)
Overall: Cute, had fun playing.
Thanks for amazing comment! We will definitely gonna update this game after jam. >_<
