Great idea to focus on a versatile npc and alchemical magic items (drugs). Very dark Harry Clarke is scary on the mark.
This is a fantastic and highly creative submission that perfectly captures a weird-fantasy, Appendix N feel. The central premise of the Drekavac, an undead creature who curates and sells drugs made from monster parts, is a brilliant and memorable concept!
I like how each benefit is counterbalanced with a repercussion. I bet it was fun to come up with the different items.

The art & B/W presentation really add to the outright disgusting descriptions of some of the magical intoxicants. Great job here, and a refreshing change of pace from many of the other entries!

It's refreshing to see something other than an adventure, and I love both the content and the presentation. Plus, Drekavac could be a good recurring character in a campaign.

What a great supplement. I love it. Drekavac is such a creep. He's a vampire drug dealer. The drugs are really well written with cool side effects. I could see him showing up in one of my games.
