The idea of changing the level is very cool! Game is kind of janky but the potential is there!

Clean art and a cute idea. Although it felt a bit janky to play, like it wasn't always registering my inputs when i tried to move something.

So complex!  I really need to mute the game because his constant deaths upset me, lol.  Like the concept a lot, the reset time is so punishing but made me have to plan ahead.  Great job!

Really nice game.Good job!

I can’t imagine how you cold pull of this complex game in such a short time. Good job!

My character stopped to move :<

But honestly everything is really cool, designs, sounds, creativity. One of the best game I tested in this GMTK atm

Well done !

Developer

Thank you !!! sorry for the inconvenience though

The game was a bit buggy, but I still enjoyed playing it.

great game idea, it's like Mario maker but you play it while making the level

When I first ran it it froze my pc and I thought "Click to Corrupt". Mmmmm

But then it worked and what a unique and creative idea! VERY VERY cool!

Poor guy kept on falling to his death.

I kept on overlapping blocks and trying to right click to deselect

Unfortunatel I have a Blackscreen but  cute director art !

Developer

sorry for that, after the main menu the loading ca be really long... thanks for trying our game

Unfortunately It wasn't working for me, I couldn't rearrange any blocks which I think I was meant to do. It looks cool though and I think the concept is nice! It's probably a problem on my end, judging from the other comments. Good job anyway!

Cool concept. Would be nice if you could stop the robot from constantly respawning, though I guess that’s the whole loop part

I love the concept here but I think the decision to have the placements reset after a short period really hold it back. I think it could work if there was more feedback on when blocks are going to expire. I had fun playing though so there is a lot of potential.

Developer

Yeah , that was the main gripe with the game that we unfortunately didn't have time to do. Thank you!

interesting concept, a bit stressful at times as you fight things getting reset, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
i do have a few nitpicks. the biggest one is, why do background decorations block where you can place things?
the art was good tho, good job on that

This is an incredibly ambitious idea presented very well, but missing a lot of the quality of life considerations that I feel are necessary to think about when making a puzzler in this manner. An explicit grid system, slower player movement, and a more gradual escalation of new mechanics without making those new mechanics instantly a part of the puzzle, all would have gone a long way to making the process of learning and interacting with the game a lot more seamless. Obviously a jam doesn't give you the freedom to implement all the quality of life features you'd want considering the very short time frame, and in that sense, you guys did a fantastic job bringing to life a proof of concept here for a future fully made puzzle platformer if you really wanted to explore this idea further!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback ! We are discussing ways to update it into maybe a more playable state and evry feedback will be taken in consideration !
Thanks for playing !

Good execution of an idea a lot of people had. Some quality of life features like the robot not constantly re spawning until you say so or making dragging blocks easier would've made the game better
