Cool idea and you packed a lot of work in to this! The 'playing' bits were really cool but the cut scenes and the text during the rebooting phase is so slooow. I think it might be losing you players. I thought about stopping play just cause of how long it took. Like, the shooter parts are really cool but then as soon as I die I have to go back to the really really slow rebooting phase and it breaks the flow and immersion for me a lot. I only saw after in one of the comments that holding space speeds it up :-( could add a prompt there for the player maybe? I kept trying to click.
But that issue aside, cool game and the art and audio is great and it fits together well. Well done!
