HELP ME! NOW!

Really like the healer experience :P

I think you have great potential, add some more mechanics and polish it and then post it on steam!

I really enjoyed it! Well done :D

I died to the first boss, my party suddenly split up just before hitting the kill requirement and it was over from there.

I found the gameplay fun. The teammates wandering off was an interesting mechanic which made it more fun. Every time an ally would drift from the group I was rushing to kill the distraction and try to get them back on course. Felt like the father or babysitter trying to control a group of powerful monster killing toddlers.

The choice of sprites were good, shame you didn't have enough time to match the UI with the rest of the games aesthetic.

It was a good idea and worked well. Fantastic Job!

Developer

Thank you very much for the kind words, I'm glad you liked it!

You got a nice gameplay idea! Some bgm would improve it so much. Still the core gameplay is fun, you should definitely work on this a bit more after the jam, I think it can turn into a fun project I would love to try a polished version. I would like to know your opinion on my submission as well :)

Developer

Thank you! I'm am more and more inclined to get back to this project after the jam, alhtough I currently working on something else as well, so now I need to make a decision which one to put on pause :D

I will definetly check your game, thanks!

The game is ok but it needs more action! I need a way to know that I am really hitting the enemies. The artwork is fine. The game needs a bit more polish aside from that it is good.

Why is it that I need to download the two files, can’t the two files be in one?

Anyway good job on your submission.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Well I did not think ahead of making a zip and I just realized later that I should have uploaded it in one file.

This is really good! It feels good to move around. But I would definitely try to make the areas (like for healing and attacking), as well as the health bars and HUD match the rest of the art a little better. But I still had a lot of fun! Definitely recommend to anyone else out there!

Also I'd appreciate feedback on my submission if you get a chance!

Developer

Thank you so much :). Yes in the future I will try to make a more cohesive style for the art.

I've had quite a good time playing this! I think it would be cool to see even more strategic implications from the infinite loop path the NPCs walk on. Congrats on the game!

Developer

Thank you! :)

Super fun and cute healing your cat allies. The game was kinda blurry cuz texture filtering wasn't disabled.

Developer

Thanks! Well, I did not really waste time on optimisation and settings :D

Fun little game! It did get fairly hectic running around healing people (in a good way of course). Some more juice when attacking and healing would really complete this

Developer

Thank you! I really considering it revisiting this concept after the jam. I will keep in mind this suggestion.

"Reverse tower defense" is a really cool concept! I could absolutely see this polished and expanded upon. Different route maps, party builds, etc. The paths that allies chose felt a little random in this version, but I could totally see things like "Always takes the left path / Always takes the right path / Takes the path with the most enemies" as a mechanic in building your team.

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot! I love the idea of pathing traits for allies, definitely something I’d explore if I take this further!

Great premise for this game and a solid execution. I enjoyed it!

Thank you! :)

I liked the take on the theme and you executed your idea very well! I love managing the chaos, very well done!

Developer(+1)

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it :)

This felt like managing a chaotic little rescue squad—frantically switching between healing and fighting was super fun! The split-path moments really raised the tension in a great way. Awesome design and a fresh twist on the theme!

Developer

Thank you for the kind words :) I'm glad you liked it!

This is a very cute game. I like how my friendly units can go on different paths on the loop, keeping me on my toes and making me rush from one side of the screen to other to help with healing and damage. Had fun playing!

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad you had fun with it :)

unique take on the theme of loop! I enjoyed the gameplay and the art was fun!

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much :)

It was fun feeling overpowered by spamming heal/dmg left and right. But when the boars arrived, they showed who's the real boss and neither of our party could do much. Maybe it was designed this way, but I didn't figure out how to distract the boar-riders so I can safely revive the team.

Also, I wonder why you chose to ship the game this way - not via ZIP archive but 2 separate files🤔 If you made Godot web export, more people would've played the game I bet (unless you're using C# which is inevitably download-only)

Developer

I didn't wanted to design the bosses too hard, it just happened to be this way accidentally :/

This is actually my first game jam ever, and I went into it blind, so I did not know that web export is so important and I also just didn't realize that a zip file would be much more comfortable to download (dummy me...). I'm currently thinking about making a html version to build after the voting section is over, so maybe people would try the game after the jam as well.

Really like the vibe! Makes me think of a setting where you are not the main guy, and live in the shadow of the protagonist. Or maybe you are now the god that gives choices of buffs, but the AI-player makes the final choice and you must roll with it to help him:D

Developer(+1)

That's actually a pretty good idea :D Like a squire following a knight or something.
