Fun and fairly challenging, yet I didn't feel frustrated even as I kept failing.

I like this game. It was hard for me to understand what is the goal at first, the icon alone is not enough. But once I figured it all out, it was cool and fun experience. I like that controls are kinda limited, but also it's not just "throw and observe", you have some control during the flight - it's very nice balance where both launch and flight are equally important. Good job!

love the cool orbitting mechanics, i really struggled trying to create similar motion in my own game for this jam so its nice to be able to see it done really well and so satisfying too! similar to other comments, i think there are maybe a few QOL changes that could be added but for a game jam this is incredible and lots of fun! well deserving of a high rating.

if you have the time i'd really appreciate some feedback on my game too, its my first game jam and im trying to get better! /jam/gmtk-2025/rate/3780834

Hey quick question, did you make the planet sprites and music as well? the credits only mention the background you’ve used

Other than that, as a small note, i would’ve liked if the cannon kept it’s position after you reset so you can adjust your aim from last shot

No, the planets are actually 3d models and I used this package to generate the UI icons for them. The modeler on my team made the planets, and the sound designer made the music

Really cool concept for a game! I didn't get it at first, but when it clicked I was amazed. Love me some funky physics-based puzzle games.

Nice game! It's not as easy as it looks. I think the challenge was just right. Good job!

Two things: 1) I'd like it if the level reset automatically a short time after you fail 2) The tether does not reset if you hold E.

Fun little game! You have a suprising amount of control over the ball even with the limited controls. I did find a bug where if you restart when you have the tether active, the tether stays, but it wasn't really a big problem. Other than that, good polished game!
