How does your game fit the theme?
Revolver Redemption is more than your stander Roguelike, rather than going through the classic loop of fight die upgrade repeat, this game allows you to attempt to break the loop by entering bullet time and preventing the shot that killed you, so you can continue your run

Good job in submitting this game to the jam. This is one of the games I played the longest. I don't know how you've managed all of this in such short time - well done!
Thank You so much!! As for how I Got all of this stuff in with such a short time: sleepless nights and skipping meals... really healthy right?
Solid entry! I think the enemies were a bit too tanky, but otherwise I enjoyed it. Great work!
Thanks for the feedback! I Loved the art style of your game Retro Mortis, great animations!
I enjoyed this game sooooo much, it's one of my favorites so far! You guys did a really, really good job. This is soooo good!
thank you sooo Much!! I'm glad you enjoyed! Your game was really awesome I loved the graphics, great quality!!
Thank youuuuuuu so much hehe!!!!
Very fun, really liked the music choice and the sprites for all the characters. The ghost mechanic took a fair few tries to get used to.
thanks, working on the sprites was definitely my favorite part!! yeah the ghost mechanic is a little finicky, But I plan on making it better in a future update, thanks for playing!
Fun concept! Really solid rougelike.
Thank you Ghost Hat! Doomed Scrolling was a very fun as well, kind of remined my of the Wario ware games!
Thanks for checking it out! Cofe and I were definitely inspired by WarioWare for sure! -GH
this game was pretty gun and i liked blasting everything, but the part with the lasers is ridiculous and impossible for me to complete
Thanks for playing!! and as for the three laser room, you can duck behind the pews to avoid the sniper fire, then duck back out to shoot then duck back in, and so on.
no i meant the one with the boss and the purple lasers
oh Sorry!! yeah Its a difficult fight, you have to stand in one of the laser zones and wait until you see it charging at the mouth, then run over to another laser and do the same, you just keep weaving in and out, I am thinking about making that boss a little easier in a later update. because it is defiantly too challenging!
Really fun! The controls are a little sensitive but overall very well executed. The loop mechanic is pretty unique too
Thanks mayabyte!!
Really tight gameplay there. Add some more variations and more weapons and this could be a complete game
Thanks for playing! Yeah, I did not have time to add other weapons for before the game jam ended, but I would love to add some in the future!
This was a neat concept. I liked what I played, but the break the loop popup covered too much of the screen and made it hard to do that part, especially when all the bullets and characters were under it. The one transition where you go through a door at the top, and then start the next room at the top, with people already shooting at you, was a bit disorienting. Maybe a bit of a nitpick, but it is a bit odd to have all the guns (and the flamethrower) called revolvers. The 9 mm art and animation (nice work on the pixel art animation for the reload) clearly isn't one. I can see wanting to use the term to fit the title, but it still stood out enough that I wanted to mention it. Perhaps if continuing work on the game post-jam, swap the 9 mm out with something that is a revolver.
Thank you! I am planning on updating the game in the future so that the game pauses and the break the loop sign flashes across the screen then disappears so you can see all of the bullets. As for the revolvers the point is to be kind of comical, swapping out the barrel of a revolver with a 9mm barrel, or a shotgun barrel, or maybe even a rocket launcher! And yes the transitions definitely need a little work, but you can only get so far in four days, thanks for playing!!
This was pretty fun! The game looks amazing, and I liked the variety in enemy types and the basic idea of blocking bullets as a ghost. I had a lot of issues with enemies phasing into walls and disappearing, or in one case becoming protected by the wall such that they were able to shoot me but I couldn't hit them. Skipping the opening cutscene was also a bit too easy - I thought E was used to skip to the end of individual lines, not the entire thing. Because of that, I missed out on a big chunk of the story, but the part that I heard was quite charming and creative.
Good luck in the jam!
Thanks for the feed back! yeah, I probably spent too much time on art, I will defiantly update those issues after the Jam ends!
Absolutely loved the gameplay, was very fun to play, and the story slides were very cool to see!
Thank you! The Full voice acting in your game Loop Protocol really made it immersive! I am currently trying to figure out voice acting for my full game.
Thank you so much for going over and trying out my game too. I'm so glad we were able to get the voicelines in. We were able to do it because we had an additional person fully dedicated to the narrative + voice aspect + voice mastering. I would love to see a next game from you if you get voice in there because your opening slides were immaculate. Please DM me if you make something!
Alright! I'll let you know when I do!
Really fun! I love the art style and the gunplay quite a bit! The revival mechanic was really unique too.
wow thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Your games gameplay and graphics are awesome, I've always wanted to make a game in that cartoon style, really fun!
Fun arcade-style rogue-like! I got a bit stuck dealing with the three snipers as it is near impossible to avoid all three shots and then block them when you die. Would love to play more in the future!
Thanks Nebster!! Your game was really fun as well, I loved the art style! (You can hide behind the pews to block the attacks of the snipers and pop out for a quick shot the pop back in)
Thank you, will give that strat a go!
