The game is simple but creative. I really like the approach to the theme in this one, even I could say it’s one of my favorites I have played this jam!
It’s cute and interesting to play because you see all the news that happens in the city, in some way you can feel that the game is a bit alive and not you picking the headlines in a room. Also because you see the follow ups to most of the news, like the seeds, the racoon and much more. Like this base it’s too good and easily can be expanded into a more deep or lengthy game than this, like maybe see the reaction of the citizens or in some way getting news that you have to put in the newspaper because the newspaper got paid a lot of money or stuff like that, maybe create once per newspaper a “fake” news where is a filler shape to get more points, or just simply a little different layout or more days with new events happening in the town.
All the visuals are great with a good soundtrack to make company in this amazing game, everything is great together.
I played to see the 2 endings and I prefer to give the good news, it feels more cozy.
I can’t think of more feedback outside telling my impression of this game, really good entry in the jam! ^_^
