Whenever I use the wolf orb, my corruption gauge fills up to 100% instantly. I tried to use dispel potions while in wolf form at Alistair's base (where the gauges don't show up) but nothing happens.
This is indeed a bug for the current version.I'll make sure to fix it in the next update!
This also happens with other orbs, like the Succubus one.
Went through the wolf map until the boss battle, but even if I won, I'd get a bad end because my corruption was irremediably at 100% :(
