I've read and noted the bug, but can you give me some detail like did you do the maid quest after you finish the castle storyline or prior to it?

This is apparently a known bug when you start a maid quest after beating the castle's storyline. So as for now, if you want to complete the quest, you have to finish the castle storyline in the maid route.

Try to pressing R to see if it works to reset your speed, or interact with Alistair in the secret base.

I think it's because you're not supposed to be in that form when going to the event

The cheat code as for now was just skip feature to skip part of the game if you already went through it before. It's "Skip."

Also, what orb did you already have? There's supposed to be 5 orb, The succubus orb, which you already have from the first Alistair Encounter, Wolf Orb, Harpy Orb, Fairy Orb, and Mermaid Orb. Make sure you already have all of it and come back to Alistair then you'll be able to access the capital.

Try to talk to the librarian on the library.

No, it's a cheat code to skip to certain threshold of the story. Just input "Skip" and start new game and you'll good to go.

You can use the cheat code to skip the game?

They do have unique skill though... Albeit it's on the castle section of the game. Yeah, it's still a story related skill, but it might get an extension if the time allows.

Well, unfortunately enough, I think you encounter bug right there. Before going to the castle, you have to make sure if you turn into a maid, you will have the headband equiped in your equipment slot, or else this bug will happened.

In the same room. Or you can just do it in any bathroom/toilet available.

Unequip the headband in the bathroom.

Ah, that'll be unlocked when you've done the castle quest.

Have you try go up again to the armor shop after that to see if the place had been unlocked?

Wait I'm  confused. Restoring isn't supposed to work before you get equipment from the shop. You'll be reminded that you have to go to the blacksmith and armor shop before you can restore yourself. have you do that?

You can try to talk to Alistair first, and then try to restore yourself in the magic circle before going back to the blacksmith and armor shop.

Just bring as many dispel potion as you can and the battle will goes as the way it supposed to be.
