Use of the limitation
There is a squirrel fired from a cannon, who hits rings on his way down, scoring points. I guess briefly he goes up, then he is constantly descending.
Cookies eaten
Oh god, 1 chocolate bar, a third a tray of cookies and 2 energy drinks. Oh and a handful of nerds.

Interesting game and music and art was great too. Had a little hard time with the movement though.
It's a fun game. Good job!
Thank you so much!
Really awesome game! Loved the art, the music and the concept! The movement was kinda slippery, but regardless, loved!
Slippery like a squirrel falling through the sky? Haha kept going back and forth between responsiveness and inertia, maybe couldve used a few tweaks :)
Good concept ! but the command are kinda HARD to get, really slippery
Yeah, there was probably a better balance of top speed and accel to be found but I'm like 80% happy where it ended up. Thank you for playing!
Great game! liked it!
Thank you!
That's really cool how you represented 3d ideas in 2d :D
Thank you! Maybe need to try out some 3D +pixel art one of these days.
Congrats on your first finished game! I really liked the squirrel model. Visual suggestion, I think if the islands / trees / ground objects grew larger as the level went on, it would sell the idea of falling more. Very neat!
Yeah, tried adding parallax, but could never get it to look quite right given the time, I think after binging a few tutorials in the past few days I couldve cobbled something like that together. But theres always next time. :D
Super fun! Really nice game - well done!
Thank you so much! Glad to have published something!
Very fun game, the timing of the rings can be a little difficult to predict, but the charm of the game more than makes up for it.
Thank you! Yeah messed around a lot with the viewport/ player size / player speed, couldnt get something that feels perfect, felt like between those and the ring timings I just couldn't find good numbers to use
