The controls/mechanics are solid. As others have mentioned, speeding up the gameplay and movement slightly would make the early game more engaging.

good one! at the begining I was like " this is too slow", then I saw the button on the top right and it was just the right speed.
there's a really tiny "bug" (which I woulnd't call a bug, but its something) in the LeaderBoard menu (which is really cool, and I would like to ask you if you are sending the info to a database of yours or how are you doing it xD) that the camera turns, but the controls don't, but it's a really tiny small change for you to do.
congrats!
Hey, thanks so much for playing the game! I used this Leaderboard creator by Danial Jumagaliyev to create the leaderboard. Its pretty simple to set up and it makes life so much easier! For the "bug" that you mentioned, its kinda intended xD cuz I wanted to replicate the camera system that is being done in Resident Evil and its called Fixed Camera Angles (even though I dont think mine is fixed cuz it rotates).
Wizard supremacy is real. I find it easier to use ranged character because potion is rare. Just hit and avoid hits. Let them melt with aura.
Nice 3D models they are cute. I think the camera angle is not high enough, we can easily get caught surprised when moving downward. And the need to move to certain areas when accessing settings, etc. is a bit confusing.
Overall, this game good bro. Keep it up.
Hey, thanks for playing the game. Yes wizard is indeed da best ๐ Prob I can adjust a little bit cuz yea sometimes the enemies can surprise you by suddenly showing up at the bottom of the screen. Some find the 3D main menu cool and some find it difficult to access so I guess I have to balance things out. Glad you enjoyed the game!
I had a lot of fun.. like you can see haha. The skills seem decently balanced and the game is in a fine state between challenging and rewarding ;)
The melee classes would rly love some for of lifesteal tho! The potions are fine for ranged classes, risky to get close to at times but much needed. For the meleeclasses you end up picking decent range to circle around with aoe dmg anyways and it feels the same as for ranged classes in the end. Some more class identity in those terms would be great!
Beside that - good work mate!
Nice game!
I think the early levels are a bit slow and tedious (on normal speed). The enemies can also get stuck on terrains with their pathfinding so you actually have to go find them instead of being swarmed by enemies in Vampire Survivors. Upgrades have some good variety but I think you don't have to gatekeep more interesting stuffs like magic behind higher levels (or if you do, at the current speed of the game it's too slow).
The camera in the menu is kinda weird, you explain it that it was inspired from Resident Evil 1, but I feel like it doesn't work too well here.
Thanks for trying out the game! Yes the pace is a bit slow which I think I can ramp it up a little bit more in the future updates. I don't encounter any enemies being stuck on terrains before as I'm using Unity's NavMeshAgent and they are working nicely at least for me, I'll take a look at it tho. Skills are unlockable every 5 levels in order to make the leveling up feels more rewarding. For the camera I just think its cool in here so I just implemented it xD. Anyways, thanks for such a valuable feedback! Much appreciated.
Nice and fine survivor-like! the pace could be a little faster, and not have as many down time between each wave. Congreats!
