Good design with the little thought bubbles on the claws to quickly inform the player what they do. Well done!

How does the game fit the theme?
The game fits the theme “Risk It For The Biscuit” as it follows the concept of a desperate father who takes his chances of spending his limited budget on crane games in hopes that providing gifts to his distant daughter will make up for his absence in her life. As levels continue, his desperation grows as she loses interest.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All code and most of the user interface and art assets were created completely from scratch during the game jam. However, the main menu consists of an image that was downloaded from Unsplash (image by Bach Nguyen) and photoshopped to match the game’s style. Along with this, royalty free background music and sound effects were used to provide audio for our game.
