How does the game fit the theme?
The enemies in Whisk It All are quite bulky and take a long time for the player to take down. On top of that, they will occasionally use moves that make it tricky to loop them.
However, they will start to regenerate health if left alone. Their regeneration, along with the fact that making consecutive loops will do more damage, encourages the player to make riskier moves in the face of dangerous situations to defeat enemies.
And it's all wrapped in a baking theme. Are cookies biscuits?

Fun and innovative game, well done! :D
The armadillo beat me, but I got some of the little guys.
I like your take on the theme, the artwork, vibe, and setting, but I found the difficulty to be too high with the time limit and regeneration.
Nice work, very original!
Can not beat that damn rabbit XD
Fun idea! I did have a drawing tablet to use for it and it was a workout. The art and music were very cute. Great work!
I don't understand what "chain consecutive loops together" means. I'm able to do only about 5 damage to the enemy before it rolls to the edge of the screen and regenerates
It just means you'll do more damage the more loops you complete without having to start a new line. I wasn't sure how to work it, sorry I missed the mark!
OHHH so I'm supposed to not let go of the mouse button! Okay, with this information I was able to do a bit more damage, but the armadillo still spends too much time at the edge of the screen where I can't attack it (maybe my frame is smaller because my monitors aren't 16:9?). Love the music btw :D
Great visuals and sound design really cool game!
Fun take on the theme! I liked that you could stack up multiple loops in a row to do more damage, it felt good. I also think the art is really nice and clean. It was a good game! But I think I would had enjoyed it more if the big ingredients had less health.
Intresting gameplay loop and use of the theme. I get that its recommend for drawing pads but using a mouse like I did can cause some strain
I love the core idea and gameplay ! A little balancing (or a difficulty setting) would help. The main enemy heals too quickly and once it hugs the edge it feels impossible to deal damage. I couldn’t beat it, though I came really close a couple of times :D Great job for a solo game jam !
This is awesome!!! Love the art style!
Really great game, and pretty original in concept too. A little hard but that sometimes is good.
Oof, this was a difficult game with a mouse! It's very frustrating when you're close to taking out an enemy and they regenerate all their health, it might've worked better if they regenerated slowly, or if there was at least an indicator of when they would regenerate.
Cool idea though, nice work getting it done!
Nice work, especially for a solo project! The idea is fresh and the game looks polished. The main things I felt missing were some balancing and maybe a quick tutorial.
Really love the game it had polished art and a fun mechanic really impressive for a 1 person team great work. The game gave off the feel of Pokemon Rangers gameplay which was fun to see in this jam. Kinda what other people said that game is really fun but the enemy heal ability almost forces you to never make a single mistake. Great game overall though
Well I certainly haven’t seen a game quite like this one. I got very frustrated very quickly, mainly because i’m a total scrub but also because the boss likes to camp in the corners just as I make progress :(
Great job doing this solo. You clearly have a creative mind to put this together mate.
good luck in the jam!
Cute art and great choice of sound effects. Definitely a novel and interesting way to input controls to a game.
If only the boss just didn't heal or just very slowly, that i think is the only issue what makes this game frustrating. I got him almost dead only for him to walk up to the edge of the screen where he cannot be circled and then had to watch all my progress reset.
Still a very neat entry with a unique approach and a take on the theme i haven't seen elsewhere.
Making the enemies avoid the edges was something I meant to do but forgot during the end-of-jam rush lol. Good point, I thought it was an issue as well.
That was so original! I think I've never seen a game like this one, and I loved the idea: The game is really clean and polished, the music is really good and the sound design is on point ^^. Congratulations, that was great!
Thats awesome! such a simple idea but it is so much fun :D
What a quirky take on the theme! Love it!
I love how you incorporated the theme of baking biscuits in this game by mimicking the mixing action, I think it's really original. I love the sound too . A little more instructions with details would help understand how to play the game better :0 It's pretty fun! (Most effective arm workout I've had in a while....)
Fun mechanic and a cute art style, keep it up! Couple of words as a tutorial before the game would be a great addition.
