Very interesting concept! I loved how you can watch as the characters are generated in real time. Really cool idea.

Nice work, this was fun and addicting, getting it right was thrilling!

I recommend introducing odds or maybe different formats like 1v1 or teams or versus a monster or something.

Also, there could be a bit of subterfuge between rounds, like sabatoge one of their pieces of gear or bribe one to yield early.

Great idea, fanstastic replayability, I hope you continue this project!

I think my only complaint is that I wish knowledge that's hidden in the side bar could get put in a little banner for the player to read somewhere. Maybe during a battle? or while the fighters generate?

I think the system is great! it has a huge amount of verity already, and has room to keep going. I wish I understand my betting odds better. I could never quite figure out if someone is going to die or just get injured or give up.

Thanks for playing!

Yeah the game could present the information a bit better, having popups or banners to present info as needed is a good idea!

If I were to continue with the game I would definitely refine the injury mechanics, and make how they work more obvious for players that want to understand how they work.

This was a fun one!

I didn't encounter any ranged troops in my game, aside from one with a +1 range added, and I'm not quite sure how the hurt effects (Death, injury, yield) are applied, but I enjoyed nevertheless!

Very clever use of the theme, and well done!

Thanks for playing! In the end the only 'ranged' weapons I managed to get in were the spears :P

And yeah, if I were to develop the game further I would make the rules about how things are applied more clear :)

That’s what I had figured for the ranged weapons, time constraints are a pain! Very well done either way though, I enjoyed it!

Very fun concept.  I love the "watch AI fight games."  I really like their "getting equipped" animations and sound effects, very fun.  Most of the options seem very rare, the difference between yielding, injury, and dying being quite slim against high attack opponents.  Maybe changing the bet to "yeild or more" would help, or having payouts greater than 1:1

Good job!

Yeah I was planning on implementing odds later in the project...and then ran out of time :P ...Decided to focus on polish instead.

Thanks for playing :D
