Game Description
A short game about fighting a curse and solving problems with a cool sword.
How does your game tie into the theme?
A curse on the player character constantly shrinks thier field of view, and fighting enemies and destroying sources of the curse expands their field of view.

I guess I forgot to leave a comment on this one! The shrinking field of view tied to the curse is such a smart way to embody the theme, and fighting to expand your sight again makes the swordplay feel even more impactful. The teleport and return mechanic with the blade is clever too, offering a mix of combat and mobility that adds some depth.
Thank you!
Artwork is very well done, i enjoyed the sword throwing/climbing and the fact that you mapped the game to a controller also is neat.
Struggled a bit with some of the platforming personally, so i didn't get too far in, but it's a nice looking game and a neat concept.
Nice job!
Thank you!
Cool mechanic of teleporting!
Good job and congratulations on your submission!
Thank you!
Beautiful visuals and nice music :D it was hard to get used to the teleport and return sword mechanic but honestly thats a skill issue on my part.
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback on the teleport and return mechanics, I do think that they could use some polish like maybe making them a little slower or adding animations to make them clearer, that unfortunately I didn't manage to get to.
Love the art, and the idea of the teleporting sword ! Great job !
Thank you!
I really like the art! How'd you do the lighting?
Thank you! It's a black CanvasModulate node over the level, and PointLight2Ds in different colors on scenes like the player and enemies that I wanted to affect the lighting. The light on the player scene changes scale based on a progress bar and a timer to change the field of view.
