Wow, really nice art style, great work!

This was amazing! Loved the aesthetic of the game, such a cool vibe and would love to see more! Also really nice touch with the video tutorial at the beginning, think I'll try and do that for my next jam, since it's a great way to understand the game quick!

Congrats on a very cool entry! The music and art was a massive stand-out for me.

I’m assuming this was done intentionally, but I noticed that there was a base audio track playing, and then another audio track fading in and out based on where you were in the house, but they felt like they worked together. I thought it was a cool touch.

I struggled for quite a while to figure out that I can’t pick up just any drink scattered around the house. After a few failed attempts I finally stumbled upon the drink I was supposed to pick up.

The sense of anxiety and the idea of trying to please random people by doing stuff for them (even thought they were being kinda rude) felt real.

Well done!

Sick game, you guys really nailed a unique aeshetic and it just generally felt super well put together. The video tutorial worked perfectly too, such a great idea. One issue is that safe spaces are static and once you've mapped out the level it's easy enough to manage your visibility. Would be cool to have changing safe spaces, maybe you have a friend/s at the party and can stick with them for a bit to recover, but also means you need to go find them sometimes if the bathrooms are in use. But otherwise you got alot of fun out of such a simple mechanic.

One of my absolute favorites from this jam.

The art, lighting and movement are just so well done and perfectly capture the setting!

I really like that this game has made fetch quests actually interesting, stressful and fun.

Well done to everybody on the team.

Developer

thank you for the kind words :)))

Great game, was really fun to experience, well done and good luck with the jam :)

Visually the game is very very well done, the start screen looked especially nice. I got a little confused of how to "fit in" as i would die even if i stood still or walked around. Also took me 3 attempts to find an object but i probably suck lol. The feeling of anxiety feels very well done and the audio helps alot with this fact. Great job guys!

I can really feel the social anxiety. The atmosphere is really well captured and I love the local audio. The art is amaaaazing and i love the little designers easter egg! You guys smashed it!

Very cool oppressive atmosphere with stylish and imposing art and audio. I love the frantic flow of running through a houseparty looking for a whatchamajig. I like that you can stay in the bathroom as long as you like and you wont get harassed to do another quest. Its cool to sit with toilet guy for a while and mentally prepare for the next run around
Dope entry! :)

Sorry but I could not play this game, it crashed on my PC. I am running it on Linux with wine.

Just a heads up, I was able to get this running by adding it to steam as a non-steam game on linux.

BADASS lil game that perfectly captures the NERD-AT-A-PARTY VIBE!! I love the blend of edgy mechanics with retro sprites! Learnability is fast too, as I had the house layout memorised by my second run, and felt that the rooms and doorways actually flow super nicely! Phenomenal work, team!! 💃🕺💃🕺💃🕺

Yeah really cool game, the controller felt very good to play! And the sound was sick. Cool how dense you made the party feel with the 2d characters. Well done

This is really really cool!! The combo of 2d and 3d art works so well, and the vibes were immaculate. only thing was that the timer for delivering an item kept on going while in the delivery dialogue, prompting me to spam the skip button in order not to lose it. not sure if that would even happen haha, but I did feel like I missed out on dialogue because of it.

Overall, super super cool, loved the experience!!

Awesome game guys, loved how the movement worked as well as the use of spatial sound and distortion, well done to the artists, pumping out all of those angsty teenager sprites! 1000% winning best art for sure!!!
