Hey, thanks for creating a SCREAM JAM specific build of CHEAT DEATH, it looks like it's coming together nicely. Unfortunately the game is disqualifiable for the jam as it was announced and substantially developed well before the jam started, which is against the jam's rules around developing most of the game in the jam period. This is difficult as misunderstandings can always happen, but it's important for us to enforce to make sure games are all mostly made within the jam period to keep things fair. Reach out if you have any questions about the jam's rules, and all the best for the game.

I like card games, and yours looks interesting too! I have to admit I didn't quite get it, but I loved the creature animation, and the ambient music is really good as well!"

Looks amazing and remember me of Inscryption! Stuck 2 times on isolated tiles and didn't really understood all the phases thing

Thank you! Yep, Inscryption is one of two main sources of inspiration. The second one is Buckshot Roulette.

Agree, I'm changing it right now. We plan to stick to one phase

Hope to test the next version soon then!

It look and sounds really good, but it's kinda hard to play; from what I've seen I've just been clicking until things work. The tutorial didn't really help much, and I still don't know how to play any cards.

Noted and working on that. It was a little too hard on this stage to make it clear😅😅
