I love the use of an error message as the title screen! The UI in general was very nice.

The gameplay seemed really promising but the wait times between attempts was way, way too long considering this is a one-hit-kill game.  Super Meat Boy or Astro Bot are perhaps on the opposite ends of the difficulty scale but both went out of their way to make sure you could try again right away.

The concept was great. The sky looks amazing. Good choice of sound effects. Really nice use of the KayKit Space Base assets. It played like flappy bird on Mars with thrusters.

The animation at the beginning felt a little slow because the screen just sat there and I thought it was hung. The connecting screen was terminally long between levels and while atmospheric was REALLY painful considering how fast and how often I died. I could avoid anything but those damn large flying wind generators. I could not seem to avoid them. I don't think I ever got past 10%. It may be that I just flappy bird just isn't my game.

The game was really good looking for the part of it I saw.

realy nice game

like the ui a lot and the place where it takes

Hey — I just played your jam entry and really enjoyed the concept and atmosphere in your game. The blend of mechanics and tension works well, and the visual design is engaging. One suggestion: adding clearer instructions or a brief tutorial could help new players understand the objectives faster, and maybe some feedback indicators for key actions would improve the overall experience.

If you’d like, please check out my game and rate it: /jam/gamedevtv-halloween-jam-2025/rate/3971977

— thanks so much and best of luck in the jam! 😊

Besides the waiting time, I really liked the visuals, animations and 3D graphics and the easy-to-understand mechanics, but difficult to master them. This game has a simple design with one unique level, but with a difficulty that will make you spend a lot of time to beat it. In summary, it's a good game to play and enjoy (or frustrate) for a while.

The flying felt good and physics matched what I expected.

I agree with the comments below - actually I did the same thing with my game - the restart cut scene takes too long.  What I plan to do with my own game is play the full intro cut scene once at the beginning because it sets up the story, but then allow the player to skip it when restarting.

Fun and good looking game.

Few comments:

  • It’s a hard game and you are crashing all the time, which leads to a loading screen, which takes to much time time. If respawn would be instant, the game would be way more enjoyable.
  • And one more regarding difficulty - the impulse is to much, suggest decreasing it at least twice.

Its a great game however I found the wait times between restarting too long and it was very difficult.

This game is better than my skill level

Really like the idea, but having to wait a minute, just to restart, quickly killed my drive to want to continue after a few tries.
If you could speed up how long it takes to restart, that'd definitely add to to wanting to continue playing.
