Use of the limitation
We integrated the “no ending” limitation directly into the core gameplay and story. The chase takes place inside the protagonist’s mind, where her fears and trauma take the form of a monster that endlessly pursues her. No matter how fast the player runs or how far they get, the cycle always restarts — the hunter becomes the hunted, and the loop continues. This creates a continuous, infinite sequence that reflects the protagonist’s ongoing struggle and ensures the game never truly ends.

Loved the death animation on this _(: 3 」∠)_ it'd be awesome in a fully fledged horror game as like an escape section, works well in the context of this jam though, I hope the protagonist gets a break eventually (´゚ェ゚)
The idea is really good, the music and the animations (especially the death one) are very good.
The only bad thing is that I can just press space without moving and the monster backs off.
But aside from that, very good game :)
Wow, I hadn't thought of that, lol, but thanks anyway.
This art style is the best art I've seen in the whole jam! The monster design is super interesting and the animation when you get caught is so cool. The way you worked the limitation into your games story so well is absolutely phenomenal.
The gameplay is incredibly simple and you have to pretty much actively try to lose, but I think this works really well narratively, you only lose if you give up.
Overall this one feels more like an esoteric art piece with an interesting message than a game, and I mean that as a full compliment I really enjoyed my time with this one.
The art style is stunning Good job (Death animation is amazing)
Loads of potential here. Liked the initial concept. I think I outran the monster forever. It stopped chasing me and never caught up it seems. Overall good job, neat concept.
So far this is the best use of the limitation I've seen. Love to see a more creative take on both the "Speed" and "Endless" aspects.
Great visuals! I wish I could see the monster behind me on the other side of the circle while I ran, if I am far enough away from it.
Love the art!! great job mate :)
Very cool atmosphere, visuals and concept ! I like the circular movement Idea.
I think that this project have lot of potential, but i miss more events in the game
Good work!
The atmosphere is great, the background and the trees and the pit with eyes staring at you.
However if you go around the hole for like 10 times at top speed I think you pretty much win unless you're still getting followed by the hunter, which makes it like that "the immortal/unstoppable snail" kind of metaphor which is even more creepy!
Good job!
the monster will always catch you, even if it takes a while.
the arts really good! love the 2.5D look
really love the animations and the atmosphere!
It turns out if you just run fast enough, you can escape your fears :). Great game, loved the art work, and the moody environment.
Very cool visuals and idea! I like the combination of 3d and 2d, fixed camera and circular movement.
I didn't find it particularly difficult to get away from the monster (by spamming space).
I thought I would meet it ahead of me since we are running in circles, but we never met again.
That's great that you liked it, yes, we were supposed to find the monster again but we didn't have time 🙃
Love love love this art style
♥️♥️♥️
Very Creative and genuinley scary, it felt very repetitive but in a good way that made me want to stay and keep running away from that hidously terrifying creature. Great work!
