Glad you enjoyed! Were you able to try the downloadable version to reduce lag? And yes, Minit was one of the game's biggest inspirations.

Very solid entry!

Glad that you had fun! It did end up being pretty difficult, haha.

Thank you!

Glad you enjoyed! I tried to allow a lot of player agency and decision-making regarding your countdown.

Thanks for playing!

Yeah, it can be tricky for a lot of players. Glad you enjoyed the visuals!

Yeah, there is a coyote time in the game, but it's so short that it's almost unnoticeable. Thanks for playing!

Glad you enjoyed!

Thanks a bunch!

Got 2 scrolls and beat the game! I enjoyed the concept of typing in the unlock codes. With a bit of polish, that could be a very compelling mechanic. Great work!

Such a good entry! I was really engaged with this one.

Thanks for playing! The bats getting stuck inside you is definitely one of the most frustrating elements which I wish I playtested more to discover. Otherwise, I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

Thank you for the kind words! I always loved playing games on sites like that, and it does my heart good to think I can replicate that now.

Such a solid style in this entry! I especially like the layout of your game's itch page. The player character is so cute..

Unfortunately, I got stuck at the same jump that many others seem to have been defeated by, but this game has a lot of promise. Great work!

Such a beautiful game! The countdown mechanic did feel a bit ignorable since you can skip it, but of course, it was a necessary addition due to the theme. Overall, this atmospheric entry was very pleasing. Sometimes I wanted to just stand still and take in the environment.

Very solid entry! I love the art style and character on display here. I noticed that you could still move your character (albeit invisibly) after entering a blood bank, and can even die after beating the level. Though, the game was very fair otherwise, so this was just a humorous bug which didn't negatively impact my experience. Good work!

Very cute art and theming. I especially like the thumbnail/title screen. I feel like the controls could have been a bit more precise, and I didn't even realize I could attack until I got to the boss. Otherwise, though, you've done a great job!

A short and sweet platformer with some nice, striking artwork and a sprinkle of puzzles. I wish the music was louder compared to the SFX; I could hardly hear it. Overall, though, this is a very nice entry! Good work.

The strongest entry I've seen for this jam so far! I love the art style, the music, the gameplay, everything! Amazing work.

Oh, it was clear--the issue was that my game froze in the tutorial and I had to restart the game. Maybe because I clicked and used the number keys to choose a card on the same frame or something... Anyway, it wasn't a big issue in the end.

Fun concept! Reminds me of Devilition from UFO 50. Took me a second to really get the mechanics, but I got it down eventually.

Very charming! I got stuck in the tutorial, but figured out the game on my own. Big Ben my beloved...

Thanks! I'm glad you wanted to replay it; I hoped to add some interesting routing options and replayability.

Nice work! With a bit more polish, this could be a very solid standalone title.

Great work! Took me 3 runs to get full exposure.

I like the art style here! It felt like the rooms and hallways could have been a bit smaller overall. They're so big that it makes the game feel very empty and vast. Perhaps that was to balance the time it took to explore, but still. In any case, great job! The unlockable abilities were all very interesting.

Got it boss

Thank you! I'm glad you feel motivated to come back and try for 100%. You don't need all of the upgrades to beat the boss, but I could have made the low% path less obvious in retrospect.

Cute!! I found it a bit difficult to read the notes at times, but this is a very solid and unique entry!

Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks! Some of those things are on my list of issues to address in a post-jam update.

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed. I take pride in my visuals and juice.

Quite a standout entry! Really creative, great visuals and atmosphere. The puzzles were pretty tricky, and I definitely used that skip feature once or twice. Great job!

Interesting. I'll keep an eye on any more issues of this nature. Thanks for letting me know!

Really great visuals, theming, and music in this entry! The controls were a bit inconsistent for me--wall jumping felt like it had a 50% chance to not launch me upwards, and I wish that either turning around mid-movement was more slippery, or letting go of movement keys to stop the character was less slippery. As is, it felt a bit too snappy and a bit too slippery at the same time. I also felt like the countdown should reset on death, and I feel like I only noticed the room changing once every other countdown reset. Often, it would stay exactly the same.

All in all, your team did a great job! I hope you continue to make projects like this.

Thanks! I really need to get my friends to playtest my next game... I'm just way too good at my own projects, haha. I keep making them hard as heck on accident.

What browser were you playing on? That's the first time I've heard that about the web version.

Thanks for playing, though! I hope the downloadable version worked for you.

Thank you so much!

Thanks! There is a little bit of coyote time, but it's possible that it should have been a longer duration. Thanks for playing!
