No. It happens randomly. Between in level 1 - whatever I got to. After restarting and and trying it again. It would happen randomly. Sorry I don't have much other info than that.
Testing again in level 3 if you just hold D from WASD (move right) it happens to me
oh, yea. that happens when the shadow catches you. you can press shift to rewind your movements or r to restart the level. we are working on fixing the audio, as it just plays on update over and over again when you are caught instead of once. an update will come out within the next few hours
