Good GB game, but for some reason it doesn't perform well. Loved the intro, loved the style and the sound, very well done! Keep it up

I noticed I forgot to submit a comment on this one. So I will after have about 5 hours to thing about this game.

The game was really nice looking I love the art style. I wish there were more checkpoints dotted around so I wouldn't have to do the hard jumps again because I died to a bullet I couldn't avoid because of the angle I needed to jump.

The music is very good! I really love the gba style music.

Whenever a bullet was fired the game slowed down a lot and game play felt really muddy and slowed down but as soon as the bullet disappeared it would speed up cause me to fall off ledges a lot. I didn't really feel the theme throughout the game at all it was more a quick beginning cutscene.

Overall I liked the game couldn't finish it because of the performance causing the gameplay to degrade. Other aspects were good though! Nice game!

It's really nice, a little too hard for me, but I can see how much good work it is, the idea of making it look, sound and feel like an old game is cool, the hard controls and the weight of the character makes it feel more retro, you know less smooth and more rudimentary. Great job!

Nice job! A little tricky for me but neat story intro to start. The Art style is very nice as you have kept simple, so you were able to give a nice, polished look throughout. The retro music is fitting as well.
