Very unique and cool game! Good job!

Great idea and execution. :) Loved how polished it is for a game jam, specially the tutorial! It was still a bit hard to understand for a while, but after a few minutes I could get it. Good job!

Really hard to pull off a game like this at all (arcade-y build-y roguelike-y, whatever Balatro and Nubby's are), let alone for a jam- this is very very cool! Quite a bit of replayability and a bunch of builds already.

The whole idea is super fun, super cute, and I love the little aliens and their names and their descriptions- the game just made me happy to play :))) If this is a prototype as the main game page says, I would love to play the full version! I love you Fleep the Joyous ❤️

The controls for creating a connection can get a little difficult with clicking back and forth, potentially could be changed a bit? Maybe right-clicking creates connections rather than left or something, not too sure. It didn't hurt my experience very much, just made it a bit annoying when I clicked one too many times lol.

This is really really good, overall! Can definitely see myself coming back here to spread more joy among more aliens :)))

It's a very fun game! I really enjoyed the graphics and it was very polished. The connecting waves mechanic could have been better made to more clearly show who you are connecting/who is currently selected. The joy gained could also be more clearly stated who it is from, but overall it's a great game!

Wow, amazing game! The wave mechanic makes it really interesting. The descriptions could be a bit clearer tho - at first I thought every friend with a purple background was a waver. Really nice work!

Really interesting concept and very well executed. I must say, by the end I still had no idea wtf i was doing or how it worked, but i somehow cobbled together a chain reaction that was scoring 150+ joy each day. I think i needed more clarity on how the mechanics worked, it was presented a bit confusingly… i think i understand how it worked, but the rising goal each day steered me clear of experimenting with some of the more interesting cards that came up, because i wasn’t sure how I could get a guy with 5 waves and 2 connections to wave 5 times. Either way it was an enjoyable experience, Nice Work!

It was really hard getting past the 60 happiness mark until I discovered a bug where you can duplicate the rewards :)

Overall, I really enjoyed playing this game. I spent a good 30 minutes trying different combinations and abilities but still couldn't figure out how some of the wave mechanics worked.

Oops, I know exactly the exploit you're talking about, missed it in my final push to submit!
Glad you had fun!

Amazing Game! Super fun and has a lot of depth. Super polished with amazing everything. All five stars. Only thing I would change is it was a little confusing, even with the tutorial.
