High score: 54 resources! The planets, they always pull me in, unrelenting gravity, the need for satellite propulsion being highlighted in this cautionary tale.
I like the art very similar to my game. I think the play through loop was good and I enjoyed it once I was able to zoom in and see my ship. Like others it was hard for me to see which way I was pointed as I thought the white arrow was the front of my ship not a target for a while. Great Submission!
The game's page looks pleasing to the eyes ! Music and sound effects are clean,
I feel like the player's ship blends a bit too much in the background though (a small outline could help !)
But apart from this small nitpick i liked it! Nice job!
Once I got use to the controls was pretty fun to just loop around shooting things
I really liked the chunky pixel parallax in the background. It has the vibe of an old coin eater arcade game, just needs something more to make the hook more than just Spacewars
interesting and fun take on asteroids! one bit of feedback i have is that it felt like the background was a little noisy when trying to make sense of where the ship/bullets/asteroids were, so maybe the background could be more sparse. well done!
Loved the art and music, I also really enjoyed that it felt like the map went on forever thanks to the background being the same as the webpage.
