My game isnt getting indexed after 3 weeks of waiting

My game https://pirana001.itch.io/haunted-harvest is not showing up in search results on itch.io. It's been 3 weeks and more now and it's still not indexed.

I read the itch.io indexing guide /docs/creators/getting-indexed and made sure:

Project is set to Public

No access limitations (not unlisted or downloads disabled)

Cover image is uploaded

Game is playable/downloadable (not empty)

Even waited weeks after publishing the game.

I emailed support@itch.io but haven't gotten a response yet. Ticket #331333.

The game page looks complete but just doesn't appear in search. Can anyone help ?

...Your game page is published is fully functional. You can promote it yourself anywhere. Doesn't have to be indexed to make sales or anything.
