How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?
The game explores the theme through a cyclical loop of memories, where the protagonist relives moments of love and loss. The special object, the apple, acts as the key that triggers each memory loop and becomes a symbolic bridge between reality and dreams, guiding him back to the person he has lost.

Great music!! Did you write it by yourself? I so love it!!

“No, not really… I took some of them from Pixabay and I created some with SUNO AI, as I also mentioned in the CREDITS.”

Music direction was great and really captured the emotion of the story.

A very touching story.

Congrats on submitting! It's the first storytelling-focused game that I'm rating/found in this game jam, although I don't really like the AI images, I do understand the use of it. Kudos.

It's a lovely story that  could also be a nice visual novel! The music was great, though I felt that the art style seemed to clash at times. I also felt like the player could've been faster, but I understand that getting slower symbolized getting older.

Touching story

Not really a game but rather a short experience with focus on narrative. Great use of music and sound design though the art is a bit at odds since contradicting art style.

"I don’t know, but I’ve always liked blending techniques and styles to create something strange and unique. I understand, though, that it might not be everyone’s taste!"

The game turned out really cool, but I think the apple at the beginning of the game could have been more useful, and in that rain scene where the apple is on the bench and we have to go there to sit on it, the player could have moved a bit faster, and the text could have been improved too!

“The ‘slowness’ is actually part of the game, meant to convey the weariness of age passing and the heaviness of enduring the pain of losing his partner. Just a heads‑up — I’m not sure if you noticed, but after the angel carries him to heaven, the game still doesn’t end. Unfortunately there’s a bug there that causes an unexpectedly long wait…”

Nice music and story.

Oh, you use GDevelop too! 🤝 I didn't get the controls at first, but then I figured it out.

You really nailed the job of selecting music for the background, GJ!!!

Wow. Interestting concept and great theme implementation! However I feel like that game is lacking actual gameplay for the run time it has, the only thing you can do is press right arrow. Beside that GJ!

Thank you! I know very well that the gameplay is almost absent, but that’s intentional… Here, it’s the story and the emotions that matter.
