Photos of apartment - most of the room photos is a collages of Pinterest images. Casino and Soundtarcks are also were free assets.
Otherwise, all from scrath.

Music is so good. The visuals also. You feel the game’s vibes instantly. I would prefer the gameplay to be turn-based, maybe, but that would be another kind of game. Thank you for this fun experience!
Well that's short. What about my monthly rent/mortgage payments?
Fun look, liked the intro (get's you in the cheap salesman mood), wish the email had popped up to tell me what the clients were looking for (like a text message or pager) . But having to manually read slows you down for flipping flats, so adds a little difficulty.
Good take on the theme.
The intro is really cool! It's not my favorite genre, so I only played it for a couple of minutes. But the game looks so cool, so I just gave it a high rating. Good luck at the jam.

As a game it's too simple I think for one week. But the graphics are incredible
Nice idea. The gameloop was maybe a bit short at just 30 seconds, you've barely got enough time to get into it and it's over. Also, there were combinations that led to it being imposible to win - client wants 2 rooms but every floorplan has more than 2 so no matter what the player does they can't win/progress to the next client.
Very gorgeous visually, really liked the vibes ! As other pointed out you can win even by not having enough money but I managed to see the "bad ending" screen anyway, can't wait to go live with my grandma without paying rent
The intro is top notch, and I really like the art direction and color choices the game is heading to. The music is great as well! I've never actually touched the casino tab though, I guess it need a bit more balance to it. Overall it's a lot of fun, great job on the submission:)

Visual and audio are really good, but the game is a bit buggy, especially since I always win even if I don't have the money, and I think this could be improved to make multiple levels
