How does the game fit the theme?
The greenhouse starts out cozy and heartwarming, but in a David Lynch–ish fashion, grows progressively stranger and darker as the game unfolds. Is the greenhouse even real?
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Everything was prepared for the game jam, except for music & sfx that we borrowed from a previous game.
How many people worked on the game?2

i luv it!!, might be the prettiest game ive seen so far!!! :D
Very pleasant and distinctive artstyle and a story, love the game, although I would like there to be fewer substitutions and more variety in the mechanics.
Reminds me of like gardenscape and other games like that. I would love to see this as a full game!
Perhaps you would like to try out my game :D
Lovely artstyle <3 and interesting story so far! (I haven't finished it yet, but I am planning to try it again when I have the time after the jam) I heard you're gonna make a full release eventually? If that's the case I wish you good luck!
When I do have the chance to finish this game I will comment in your game page :D Thanks for making this!
Thank you! With all the positive feedback, we want to finish a polished and slightly bigger version of this game now (the version this could be with no time limit, I guess), but we're also working on a full game that we can hopefully release later this year :) If so, this will be sort of a prequel, I think.
This is excellently done! I am lost for words. The art is already stunning with that beautiful hand-drawn graphic. The quality of the artwork extends throughout the whole game, and there's even a bonus screen too! The story is amazing as well. I've been expecting it to have a darker turn midway through the game, and I was still stunned by the final puzzle. I loved how you incorporated the puzzles as a form of storytelling as well, it makes everything made so much sense and ultimately extremely enjoyable. Well done! Btw, the game reminds me of A Little to the Left a lot with that flower puzzle. Loved that game a lot!
Other things I like:
- How the world subtle change after each puzzle
- Eerie music that doesn't make sense at first, but is actually perfect for the game
- Loads of puzzles
Suggestions:
- The hitbox for the puzzle pieces might need to be bigger, as currently it's a bit hard to pick up a piece quickly without precise mouse controls
- The final puzzle would be better if the paper edges were a bit more uneven, so that it wouldn't rely on guessing where the pieces should go. All looks too rectangular right now
Really awesome art style and sad but very nice story! Also loved all the plants 😊.
Love the artstyle! The game was quite relaxing and felt really polished over all. Nicely done!
Beautifully melancholy game! The watercolor art style fits really well with the story and adds to the emotions of the atmosphere. I really enjoyed sorting the flowers/leaves. I would sit all day and play a game that was sorting different items of nature. Also, yes, of course, I would love a full game.
This was beautiful in every sense of the word. Glad to see you guys are looking to release this as a full game! Wishing you all great success :))
