Indexing issue: Games not appearing in search [Ticket #333634]

Hello,

I am writing to kindly ask for a follow-up on Ticket #333634, submitted on December 31st.

My games seem to be stuck in a “limbo” state regarding indexing:

My previously indexed game disappeared from search/browse results after an update in mid-December.

My new game (released 2 weeks ago) never appeared in the search index.

I have already read the FAQ and ensured that my pages comply with the guidelines (including updating cover art to be SFW and checking metadata).

I understand the team is likely very busy catching up after the holidays, but since my games have been invisible for a while, I would appreciate it if someone could take a look at my ticket.

Hello again,

I’m replying to this thread just to provide an update. It has been over 40 days since this was forwarded to the admins, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any email response to Ticket #333634, and my account remains completely unindexed.

I even published a third game recently, and it was automatically hidden from search just like the others. I’ve sent a follow-up reply to my original email ticket today.

If there’s any way to ping the admins again, I would be incredibly grateful. I just want to ensure my account isn’t permanently stuck in this limbo state.
