Nice art and presentation, but it could have benefited from less repetitive gameplay.

I like the whole idea of the alien zoo. The art is great and the game feels quite promising. I tried to capture the human and some other animals too, but I just can’t memorise 7 notes in a row. It would make sense to start with three for some trivial creatures like here, that would make the process more enjoyable.

I was not expecting to have a human in my zoo. Good concept with really fitting art style. Loved it.

I loved the art of your game, the monsters were so cute! We made many cute monsters for our game as well :D

Nice effort! I thought the visual tricks were quite nice in the game, it was a clean presentation and the way to capture animals was a nice touch. It could have used some randomness, though, as getting more animals was a bit tedious. The one thing I did wonder was whether there was a link between particular foods and animals, or particular foods and health bonus. I couldn't figure either out on my own.

Thanks for playing! Different types of creatures prefer different foods. For example, Stephens prefer pizza, so pizza gives 2x as much health as other foods. This differentiation is currently represented by the orange and green health symbols, but it could definitely be made more clear with some tweaking.

Your game is very beautiful. I liked the mix of musical mechanics and creature care mechanics. They are very cute. Congratulations.

This game was great. I loved the visuals and the polish was complete. I liked the alien UI that changed to English when hovered. The simple gameplay loop of feed creatures their favourite food, capture a new creature, start a new day was very well executed.

I played it for a while, but as it had no end goal the latter part dragged on a bit. I got the first two zoo upgrades quite quickly and then after that there didn't seem to be an end goal apart from to keep collecting. I was getting more than enough money each day to feed the zoo creatures.

The sound was great too, but after playing for a while the looped music was a bit too repetitive.

I loved the minigame to capture the creatures, it was executed really well. I also loved the cute names you randomly generated for them.

There were a couple of bugs throughout. I came across the one mentioned where my creatures kept turning into each other, which was a bit confusing. I also got confused at the start about how many times you were allowed to feed them. I think if they are at 100 welfare you can't feed them any more, but if they are at 90 you can give them their favourite food to get them to 110. I was gaming this by giving them less favoured food to get them to 90 then boosting them up to 110.

Great game overall. If it had a longer game play loop it would be sellable!

Awwww I love the art style! The player character design is very cool and all the creatures are so adorable! I love the theming of repeating after a melody to befriend them. I did my best to keep all of them as healthy as possible, even if it was through the use of copious amounts of pizza. :p

Such a fun game. I love the artstyle and the way you befriend the animals. I do wish it would first let you interact with the animal before it starts the song, since sometimes I missed the first few notes. Overall, great idea, I really liked the random worlds it sends you in every day to collect the creatures.

This game is so cute, the music is very good and I really liked the gameplay, how to befriend the creatures! Well done!

I love this game!! It doesn’t take long to figure things out, and it’s fun to see the different creatures. I found myself really focusing when there was something rare, but sadly I missed an UltraRare once :(

Overall, I think this is a great entry, and I hope to see it do well!

Very cute game! I will say I forgot to feed a creature at one point and it died, and then it was reaally difficult to last any longer after that since I got no money that day and got less money the following ones.

Anyways, good luck with the jam!
