That's indeed weird. ahaha. Cool atmosphere ! Congrats !
Feel free to test our game !
Having tried out your game, compliment on the atmosphere from you guys means a lot ! thanks !
Cool game idea, I like the black and white drawings, the respawn mechanic was very interesting and it was fun to figure out the different puzzles. The controls felt a bit static and stiff at times, I think it would be worth spending some time to polish it up! :-))
Thanks ! We'll definitely make time for movement polishing if we update the game.
This is a really great concept, I enjoyed figuring out how to pass each section. And the graphics and music create a nice dream-like atmosphere. I agree with others in that some things feel very confusing, but other than that it’s really solid.
Thanks for the kind words !
This game was awesome! I love the trippy baa-ception where tripping in a dream leads to a different dreamscape that can lead back to the same dreamscape and so on. It’s hard to realize at first, but once you get the hang of it the mechanic is really cool! I think it’s the best use of the theme I’ve seen in the jam thus far.
The art’s really nice too and I enjoyed the short piano solo bonus that could be triggered. The one thing I had trouble with was that I somehow made the lamb robot lose power and get trapped under the see-saw and could never get it out again… I also have no idea how I made that happen.
Thanks for playing and for the kind words !
Sorry you got stuck with the seesaw (we coded it in the last day and ended up including it despite that remaining possibility, which is rather unlikely). It's a shame, it's the last challenge before our ending scene ! For what it's worth, It's possible to pass the seesaw without using the umbrella, and I'm pretty sure without using the umbrella you can't get stuck.
No worries, I actually replayed it immediately after getting stuck because I wanted to complete the game. It was a worthwhile trip!
This one genuinely made me laugh, poor sheep 😄
Visually it looks great, and the puzzles are interesting too.
Nice job!
If you’re checking out other entries, feel free to try our game too.
Thanks !
I already had tried your game, but you guys fixed a few things, since then ; now it seems that I can beat wave after wave after wave forever
(well the limit is how many enemy units my computer can handle at once)
Very cool idea! You captured the dream-like vibes perfectly. It took a bit, but once the puzzles started to click, it made sense! I have no concrete suggestions, but something about the way things were communicated was tricky to grasp even after catching on to what's happening. You did a really great job with changing the music with different states of character--maybe those types of hints could be expanded to the different "worlds" as it was easy to feel out of control.
Those are just nitpicks, however, and feeling a bit lost suits the overall vibe. This is a unique and well done entry--great job!!
There seems to be consensus about the need for a little bit more clarity. You said it, we need you to feel a bit lost in order to be satisfied when you get it, so we'll be careful to add clues carefully, the risk being to make it too clear.
Thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback !
The pictures and performances are wonderful. There are a lot of tricks, and it's fun to change and innovate:)
The whole sleep/wake state mech is actually a cool idea. I didn't realize at first that the rooms were changing states, but once I got it, the puzzles made a lot more sense and it got more interesting. Shrinking in the washer, pumping yourself bigger, electrocuting yourself ot power those mechanical sheep platforms; it's definitely creative. There are some clever ideas in there. The hand-drawn visuals are nice too. They have charm.
The spiral staircase part was interesting, glad I was rewarded. I kept trying to access that area but then the game sent me away to the clouds because I messed up getting shrunk, so glad I was able to make it back there.
Overall though, once I understood the core mechanic, I appreciated what it was going for.
Thanks for playing !
Yeah, we had this nice idea of sleeping/waking up, and then we ran short on time to really explore how to make the actual gameplay around it interesting... SPOILERS AHEAD : The choice of symmetry (you wake up by doing the same thing that put you to sleep last) let us have reasonable control over the nested dream possibilities, but it also proved a bit limiting.
This is pretty amazing. Even with the hints, I had trouble keeping track of what the states were and how I was moving between them. Despite that, I still enjoyed the puzzles and the art.
Thanks for playing !
Wow, pretty awesome experience. It does take a minute before realizing what's going on, but it's a nice aha moment.
Really enjoyed this! Music was fantastic. Liked the little piano session in there :) It's a good puzzle where mechanics are introduced one by one and has a nice difficulty curve
Very creative game and even though at first is confusing, of course, strange places, then it is easier to progress. Also very entertaining!! The poor sheep was going through a lot haha
I'm impressed with the creativity involved. I will use this game as educational material for my future children
That's high praise !
I'm guessing you got to the credits then, nice !
Little hard game but idea is very good! It has good mechanic and very good art style i like it!
Also, I think I got softlocked here.
Thank you for sharing!
We did envision a key identifying feature in the different dreams at some point, and ended up... Well, forgetting to do so I guess.
I think you're right, but I'm not sure I want the distinction to be too obvious either.
No I think you're right, it shouldn't be that obvious, but just be able to situate yourself for people with bad orientation skills haha
A bit hard to start, but after really looking and trying different things its really fun to solve the pieces and just die and switch worlds
Yeah, the theme enticed us to start with confusion, which is always a bit dicey in game design especially in a jam where lots of games are rough so we can't count on the player's trust for them to carry on. (A trust we're not sure to deserve since, later, our seesaw is not quiiite bug-free)
Also, having playtested many entries to rate them, many of them went for the initial confusion, and it gets a bit tiring... Thanks for playing !
Hi, you maywant to get smaller. Now, a sheep is typically made of wool (that's science). What causes wool to shrink ?
Thanks, now I can only envy the preparations you're using; I managed to pass it =)
Nice, you seem to enjoy the game :)
We were somewhat afraid people would be frustrated that the sheep can't just bow down xD
Fun transition mechanic and a nice cohesive aesthetic. This kinda reminds me of the old Scooby Doo mystery game for the SNES with how you move around the level and find objects that help you pass obstacles.

Thanks for the kind words.
The visuals are great! Though it was a bit hard to move the sheep around
Thanks ! we might have indeed neglected the controls :(
Also, to anyone getting that far, we're sorry about the seesaw
