Play this in 2 player mode for more fun gameplay. It's really hard for me... But seasoned shoot-em up fans will be at home!

This plays like a classic shoot-em-up, difficult, but do-able for sure! I think the only thing which holds this back is the instant game over if you collide with a wall, but I liked that the shooting and movement mechanics were solid, and I especially like the concept of the co-op mode where lives are shared between both players, that makes the game even better.
Love a bit of Scramble, and a great attempt, but also found it very hard! Maybe bouncing off walls, and a few lives... The foundations are there though to make something really nice.
1 hit and 1 life is really harsh! I wanted to see more of the game but I kept hitting the walls. On a positive note it was good to see lots of enemies on screen and they all had cool designs. With more polish on the frontend screens and giving the player lives this could be very good.
I am gonna try and be as objective as I can ^^ But yeah as I have followed my friends development throughout the very beginning and it is his VERY FIRST game it's impressive! Everything made from scratch and clearly inspirered from early shoot em ups this game is rock hard! I think the one life health thing should have been kept though ^^
I would have wished for a more bombastic attract mode and some voice shouting "ARPEGIO!!!" to make people heads turn in the arcade but everything else is here! Great job dude!
A good effort as a prototype but not a full game. Currently the title lacks good graphics that could correspond with requirements as well as some mechanic elements eg. power-ups system, less forgiving colission detection, more dynamic gameplay, longer levels. Also I am not a fan of the lives system that behave more like a health or shield. There is also a bug with the hi-score table - scores are saved but not loaded.
