Nice attempt for Zelda-like game but is it going to be completed anytime soon?

Amongst all the entries the game seems to be the from the genre the least exploited and not very popular. For certain it is aimed to a closed circle of players but still the game is solid and lots of effort was put into it and should be appreciated. Looking forward for a full version with all announced features.
I second what was said below. This is triple A game for Amiga and basically one of the better ones we got in years. It's a pity that it wasn't completed before the deadline. I am looking forward to see the full version and I hope that the game will consist tons of levels and the gameplay will be more varied. Currently the game is extremely buggy.
An excellent shooter but only for people who own twin stick controllers. The game does not bring any fun (rather irritation) when played with a regular joystick. However nobody said that it is something against the rules. Fresh idea, good realisation, nice presentation and aesthetics. Congratulations! And looking forward to the full version (still 0.10 alpha of this game offers more than any other 1.0 final beta of many other games).
I guess you understood the theme of this edition of AmiGameJam literally and the game fits in perfectly. However not everyone understands it the same way what can be observed by other contestants. The game has its unique loveable features (for those who remember the 80s) but also is not free of some bugs and some inconvenient ways of gameplay. Objects are too big or too close to the player what artificially makes the game harder. I'd prefer to have more levels but with more convenient gameplay. Anyway, good attempt with room for improvement.
A solid game, however in a single player the game does not offer much. It is relatively easy to complete and there is nothing that could attract you for another go. In terms of a multiplayer the game offers a little more fun and provides something a bit different when it comes to the competitive element. I love the music by Skyrunner.
Thanks for the effort, however the game lacks in every possible departament. It can be completed in five minutes and basically does not leave you with anything that makes you want to try again. Maybe it works as some kind of proof of concept or a protype of the game engine but I can hardly name it a game. Sorry for the harsh words but I try to be objective.
At the first glance I thought of it like another regular platformer. However, pretty soon I discovered that there is something more to it. A really fresh approach to the genre. If I need to be picky - graphics should be more vibrant. The colours are a bit too pale. Critikill could have made the palette a little bit brighter. Neverthless it is as it is but the game itself is brilliant.
Nice game. Nothing really spectacular but also nothing that repels you from the start. Randomly generated obstacles are something that timidly enter Amiga world. Personally this game can be an interesting stuff to be played during Amiga meetings or some home parties with Amiga friends. Looking forward to see more of you.
A good effort as a prototype but not a full game. Currently the title lacks good graphics that could correspond with requirements as well as some mechanic elements eg. power-ups system, less forgiving colission detection, more dynamic gameplay, longer levels. Also I am not a fan of the lives system that behave more like a health or shield. There is also a bug with the hi-score table - scores are saved but not loaded.
Nice looking game, made with lots of love to details however the game lacks any challenge factor. What I would like to see is:
1. Each word gives points when placed on the board. It can be different based on the length.
2. There should be a time limit to place the words on the board. If the player completed the level before the limit was reached, there are bonus points based on how much time was left.
3. If the time limit was reached, the player could decide if the game is over (the score is entered on the high score table) or it can be continued but the timer still runs and every second deducts points (that can result even with negative score).
That way the player always can complete the whole game as it is now but he/she can return to improve the score. Currently there is no reason to come back to the game when completed.
