I think it needs a bit of feedback for the player when shooting, but otherwise it's good! My boyfriend was impressed that you can make a game like this in Basic! ;)

Pretty good, I saved the farm. Once I noticed I had infinite bullets, I just went crazy. The last group of rabbits never even made it over the fence!  A mouse sensitivity adjustment might be nice. I would've liked to have seen some kind of visual effect of the bullets on target. Also needs to go back to a menu or something when it ends rather than just leave me stuck in fullscreen with the only way out is to refresh the page.  But overall it ran smooth and bug free in chrome.

Hi....first, thanks for joining the jam! The game is a nice and exciting game. I am very surprised because it is a first person shooter. I really did not know that QBJS was suitable for this type of game. QBJS looks like a very powerful tool.

By the way, share some thoughts.

QBJS is seriously powerful  for making interactive  games - super impressed !

Crazy that this is possible with QBJS.. I’ve never seen a proper FPS pulled off in QB64PE before, massive props to you!

I tried rapid firing but ended up pulverising the crops, so that made me fail the game faster hahaha

For some reason, I stayed pointed up in the air the whole time.

What browser?

I'm using firefox. I did not even think to try it in a different browser. I will try chrome and let you know if I am still having the issue.

Ok, it works in Chrome. I think the controls and movement felt pretty good. This was a really good entry.

A simple but honest FPS that shows well how QBJS enables game making.

The graphics ran briskly even though I tried my best to load it. The idea of the game quickly became clear and the classic WASD + mouse button for control was clear.

A nice and good little game that I was happy to shoot for a while.

With small things, it would have turned a good GameJam game into an excellent one: a couple of different weapons (shotgun vs. pistols), limited ammo, a larger area. But so great work already.

I had to update the browser at the end of the game, the new game wouldn't start by itself. (Brave)

Thanks for the feedback!  Yes, I wanted to include a "Click to Play Again" at the end, but I was already cutting it too close on time, so you just have to refresh the page to play again.
