The artwork and the music in this game is top notch! The combat responsiveness is something that can be improved upon. But enjoyed the game nonetheless. Nice work with the background story as well!

*UPDATE* I beat the game!!! It's actually so fun once you get the hang of it. I really enjoyed this game, short but sweet, fun. Good job. Really an excellent game.

Hi! Really loved this. What a unique way to interpret the theme! I have yet to beat the plant but I'll come back and try again tomorrow😅

The fighting system is really fun and engaging, plus the art and music is top notch. Great game!

The art style is really cool. The game is hard, though

Fantastic art style. The flowers blowing back and forth in the breeze is a great touch.

I love the art style. 5 stars in art.

I loved the art for this! I wish that the animations were more responsive and smoother. Sometimes when I right clicked I wouldn't be able to block, or the timing of inputs were delayed a bit strangely.

I like the concept and gameplay loop of the game! Great work :D

(I'd love it if you'd give any feedback for my team's game. We're always looking for spots to improve upon, especially myself with doing original music and SFX)

Wow art is refreshing to watch i could not clear after day three due to lack of my parry skills, the game it really awesome. how did you create the art? i liked the style would love to work on my mine.

The game was fun, however I think the animations could have been a bit faster/smoother, since they felt a bit unresponsive at times. Great art and music!

Hey! I checked out your game, really liked it 😊

Please try mine too and consider rating it!

Really cool!
The art is awesome and the cohesive. Really well done!
I think my mouse input was getting lost on the clicks or something but when it worked it was really good fun and
the attacks telegraphed well with good wind up tells/animation cues, just the inputs getting lost made it a bit of mare at times.
Still really great though and excellent use of the theme.

Good luck in the Jam!

I really liked the game! The music is great, it has those PvZ vibes (I'm guessing you used a soundfont). I also felt that the attack and blocking animations are a bit slow, but other than that, the game is awesome!

Great game, has really good music and is a great take on the theme. The only thing I would say is that my inputs felt a little delayed, but other than that it was a good game.

Submitted

nice little game loop and premise. Actions could use a bit more snap and animations could be a bit faster.

Submitted

It feels a bit unresponsive, but I love the theming and story and the art is fantastic!

Wonderful pastel art, catchy music, and a unique theme.

Loved the art style. The start screen animation was really cute. My touchpad didn't handle the gameplay properly and even with the attack (left click is the only input that actually registered) there was some delay.
