I didn't get very far because it lagged on my computer, but what I got through was pretty unnerving. The art is pretty good and it's overall unsettling. Great atmosphere and game!

The combination of wheelchair controls and the classic survival horror gameplay loop makes this game very tense and enjoyable! I especially like the chase at the end. Great job!
The intro had me unnerved from the start and did great at setting the stage for what's to come!
The story was very accurate to how I remember my back-to-back hospital stays tbh.
I think it does well at making you understand how difficult it must be to navigate on a wheelchair, especially on the upwards section during the chase scene.
It honestly just felt like a great piece of art with how many different varieties of distress it made me feel. The desperation to go faster uphill or reload in time. The feeling of resignation you get when you have to just drive backwards because you have no time to turn and it's your best shot. The sheer loneliness of it all.
Incredible job!
a lot of the comments have said what i really like about the game already, so something super small that i enjoyed a lot for some reason is the elevator. there was no cutscene, no fade to black, just rising up or going down with hardly any wait!
Oh my, I had a dream game about hospital horror and this is so much better!
I liked the 3D pixel art shader, controller, atmosphere, it's a very well made game, great job here!
It DOES feel a tiny bit goofy when you gain some speed on a wheelchair, but it so soooo satisfying, hardly a complaint.
Great job, especially for a jam game!
The chase with that centipede monster was a huge challenge! I really loved the character’s movement mechanics. the fact that you can’t control the wheelchair while shooting or reloading makes the combat feel tense and unique. Great survival horror vibes, really enjoyed the overall experience
I'm terrified lol. Felt really immersive and was a really cool concept. I was annoyed why the wheelchair's drift but I also acknowledge that that's probably the point. Really well done tbh.
Ok that was scary. Really polished for a jam game ! The wheelchair controls added a lot, the mood was really creepy and worked wonders ! Great game overall, cheers !
I really enjoyed playing this game. The atmosphere alone hooked me right away, especially with the excellent audio design. The whole wheelchair aspect makes the game stand out in a really good way, and I love that you’ve actually integrated it well into the gameplay, including shooting and chase sequences.
The only issue I had was at the end of the final chase sequence: the creature killed me even though it was quite far away. The second time, the opposite happened — it suddenly appeared very close to me. I only managed to pass it on the third try.
It was an amazing experience, and I will definitely remember this game
Nice touch making it so you can't control the wheelchair while aiming/shooting! It's quite metaphorical to arm yourself in wheelchair so to speak :)
The shader composition of the cold open cutscene got me excited to play more.
The grime, grit, and blood of the environment is very compelling. I wonder why the dead patients sprout legs and start chasing the player? If you wanted to lean into the survival horror aspects, you could add vision LOS cone so you would have a harder time seeing what might be lurking in the shadows. Tho ur game is 3D maybe this page could give you some inspiration if you want to further develop the game.
Tank controls are perfect for a wheelchair and I'm curious to learn more about the setting of this mysterious hospital hell realm. One small note, there is a spot by this door at the beginning where you can get stuck.

Thanks for all the great feedback and for playing! Glad you liked it. The idea of an LOS cone is a good one. Or perhaps some dark areas where you can strap a flashlight to the wheelchair and only see what's in front that way, i.e. Silent Hill? Either way could be cool! Unfortunately in the game jam version it's very easy to accidentally get stuck if you just keep ramming into things. I should have caught that before release, I broke something while tinkering with the wheelchair physics at the last minute. I've since fixed it but obviously can't upload a new build until the jam is over :)
I love playing a horror game when you have guns! Its really enjoyable and fun. Really unique entry and it's a good thing, really nice work!
Had fun doing wheelchair drifts and shooting eldritch abominations. Really good game and quite inspirational honestly.
I love the controls.. just the right amount of acceleration on the wheelchair. The vibe, atmosphere, sound effects, drones, and obstacles are all great. I also love the character’s “ak’s” and “uk’s,” lol, and the elevator was a nice touch. It’s clear there’s been a lot of love and care put into this game.. really great job!
If I had to point something out, I think in the fire zone (after the elevator), the aiming triangle was facing the opposite direction of where I was trying to shoot. But you guys probably already know that, and it was so minor that I didn’t care much.
I had so much fun controlling the character and running away from the mobs and centipedes boss.. time flew by. Great, great job!
Thanks so much for the feedback and playing the game! Really glad to hear you liked the wheelchair movement, it's probably what I spent the most time on and I still wasn't sure whether I'd done well enough by the end. Lots of little hacky things to get the vehicle physics to behave the way I wanted them to.
Really enjoyed this, visuals and atmosphere are great and I also got jump scared haha! Good Job!
Really cool atmosphere! The pixel art style fits the horror vibe perfectly, and the sound design makes every interaction feel impactful. I especially enjoyed the 'game feel' when picking up items — it's very satisfying.
I did run into a few technical hurdles, though:
1. I got stuck in the environment geometry a couple of times. Since there’s no restart button in the menu, I had to relaunch the game to continue.
2. The aiming reticle/outline felt a bit buggy, making it hard to tell exactly where I was shooting.
3. I got a bit lost and found myself re-triggering old dialogues and monster spawns while backtracking. It might help to block off completed areas or disable old triggers to keep the player moving forward.
Overall, a very solid and moody entry! With a bit of polish on the navigation and collisions, this would be even better. Great job!
Glad you enjoyed it! I totally meant to add a restart option and polish up the collisions and aiming (it just detects an intersection with the mouse and the geometry to set the Y axis, a polished version should be "smarter"), but was still crunching to get more-critical things done late on the final night. Also, truth be told, the game doesn't have a "real" save system because, again, I ran out of time, but I felt like I had to have some kind of checkpoints so players wouldn't have to replay the whole game every time they died on a difficult section. In any case, thanks so much for playing!
Thoroughly enjoyed this one. One of the few I felt compelled to complete. Nailed the vibe of the game. Love the aesthetic.
Small critiques: The wheel chair noise gets a bit repetitive. The intro scene and textures was a bit cheesy for me.
Overall a great submission!
