Wow really great polish with this one. Loved all the pop ups and hover overs etc. The art was also fantastic and I really liked the minigames. Just a really solid submission all around.

Artstyle is simply beautiful.

Do the beer have unique illustration when the ingredients are correct ?
But somehow the minigame is a bit taxing

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing, glad you liked the art! There are three beers total, one for each NPC, and any wrong recipe gives you a fourth “default” one. Did the minigames start to feel kinda repetitive after a while?

unfortunately yes. I am fine with 1 single minigame with catching the hops. But 2 in a row is a bit much. You can change the single catching-hops minigame to make it more interesting.

tho I like the riddles part. Just hope I dont get boring Lager every time and retries available

It's a nice game, the order descriptions are well chosen, and the characters that come are varied and interesting. I'm not sure two minigames to catch are too many, but overall, I made the right order and it was fun XD

Developer

Thanks for playing, glad you liked it! We took a bit of inspo from Stardew Valley, but tweaked the “hook it at the right moment” thing with a hit check, then followed it up with a more classic capture minigame.

Fun little game with a unique concept. Had to replay a couple times to get the riddles right (still don’t know the third)

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot for playing, we’re glad you liked it! The third one is the sexiest of them

Cool art style and funny brews :D.

Developer

Thanks, glad you liked the recipes!

The art and stuff is great, it feels REALLY polished in general!

This caught my eye with the art style. Nice mechanics!

Thank you so much for playing!

I enjoyed the humorous details, actually all the details in general. Very thoughtful in design and well executed. It was fun to play, actually went back and redid the first riddle which I missed.  This caught my attention because it also has pigs (like our game!)

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing and for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed it. Our humor is definitely a bit questionable, and the pigs made their way into the game way earlier than you’d think haha

Very weird little game. I feel some of the topics might not be PG-13, but I don't think anyone that young is in the Gamejam. Great artwork and concept.

We like weird stuff. Do you think any of the dialogue came off a bit too suggestive? Thanks for enjoying our game!

more so topics that certain countries might not feel a younger crowd addressing, but should it be okay , I think so. I just don’t run any countries lol.

This caught my eye with the artwork, but I ended up playing for longer than I expected. Great work!

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing! Glad you liked the art, we tried to polish everything as much as we could with the time we had.

The first riddle definitely had me stumped but once I realized the pattern they followed I thought it was really clever. The game is beautiful and exceptionally polished! The transitions and swaying of the trees especially were impressive. Great work!

Developer(+1)

Glad you enjoyed the game! We added the “default” beer along the way so missing wouldn’t feel so frustrating. There was actually a discard mechanic, but I ended up removing it because I was worried it might break something last minute.

The overall game is great! The net was hard to understand though

Developer

We’re really glad you liked it! Do you think the tutorials weren’t super clear, or was it more of a hitbox issue?

Submitted

The tutorial was fine, it was the hitbox

Beautiful art ! Catching the hopies is pretty frustrating — you never really know why the net throw is accepted or not.

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Really appreciate you sharing it, I’ll run some tests on the net mechanic for future updates.
