Cute, cozy vibes with a feel-good atmosphere. I really enjoyed the setting and that we are just there to help our grandpa while he tell us stories about our mum. Even made me a little nostalgic.
The art in the dialogues looks like a picture-book with the vibrant colors and the thick line-work, which only supports the comfy! The pixelart and animations during the collection-stage is also expressive and just adorable. I was really enjoying walking around and finding the correct items, though I wish there were a bit more pointers to the spawning locations. For example, I had a hard time finding the Tiger Lilies on my second run, and had to walk around to find them. Maybe having different "biomes" for different items or other hints in the environment would have made it easier! I also found a bug that I couldnt replicate, I walked over 2 mandarakes, and pressed E to pick up only on the second, but I picked up both at the same time. But these things werent game breaking or anything. I think this is overall just a good package of a game, well done!!
Ok first of all, I really like the art and the color you choose for this! And the loop is perfectly seamless! And honestly I really enjoyed the first two stages, I hope there's much variation into the task and the item list~ But I guess the time wasn't enough for that. If you given much more time I'm sure this would be much more fantastic!
I somehow managed to have the inventory stuck up my nose every time I entered the area to collect ingredients. The inventory stays empty, and it doesn't matter what I click, it does not go away :(
Super cute artwork, and the music was sweet and lovely! I really liked the pickup animation!
I think for future games just having the UI set to scalable, and playing around with the z-axis would make the experience even more wholesome (or layers, I don't remember which in Unity), sometimes it cut off a bit, like the red box here in screenshot
Aside from that it's a very cutesy game, super lovely! 😊
Very cute. I like the overall vibe, the art style and design of the main character is very cute too. I feel the map could've used a little more polish (since it kind of looks all the same), also it was possible to just walk outside of the bounds, just without the camera following. But either way it was quite enjoyable, and the gameplay loop works great and was very intuitive :)
Thank you for trying the game out. I agree that there are still some small stuffs to polish here and there and hopefully we have some time to clean up some rough edges here and there.
The art is amazing, especially the UI and icons. The character animation was really cute too. The music was gentle and cozy and fit the game perfectly. The to-do list was a really smart addition and gave me something to shoot for the whole time. Honestly, that's something I wanted to do in my own jam game and didn't get the time for, so I especially appreciated seeing it here. I also liked the polish in the dialogue exchanges, especially how the game focuses on who's speaking. That was a really nice touch. I know this was a first jam for some of y'all, and this is really well done. Great implementation of the theme too.
Thanks for trying the game out and we’re glad that you enjoy it it :D. Making the game was a lot of fun for us, and a learning experience as well
This was really cute! I loved the art and animation for the character and the loop fit nicely. I liked that at the end, I was able to move the little slider myself all the way to max :D
Thanks for trying the game out, this is for some of us the first jam so there’s still a few bugs here and there :P
A creative idea and beautiful artistic style
really cool idea and nice visual

I love the seamless loop being in the narrative aspect (our game went with the same approach!) Very cozy and would love too see more!
This was super cute! I loved the art a lot and thought the gameplay was fun and satisfying! It was very charming!
