Went in the game blind and finished it. This was one of those beatiful art games that doesn't need any tutorials at all! I didn't know anything even the controls, but things just dawned on me. Like I first thought that I use the copper ore as some sort of radar, I used it as such for a good 5 minutes before accidentally hitting something and a big yellow circle started spinning, and the more I feed it copper the stronger it got! It was a really nice experience!
Great game yall!
That's great to hear! We didn't have time to implement a tutorial in-game haha, so happy to hear you figured it out. Love to hear your intuitive interpretation of the meaning of everything! Glad you enjoyed and thanks for playing!
This was a treat to play! Well done!!
Thanks :)!
This little adventure was so enjoyable I played it twice. Definitely feels unique and really enjoyed this game. Very well done!
Glad to hear that, thank you!!
Wow, the gameplay had some nice polish to it. It's especially impressive that you guys made this in only around 2 days. The sun's growth animation and felt good when you landed a shot, and having it move faster as you gave it more energy was a really nice design choice. Watching the planet slowly get its greenery back was fun too and gave a nice sense of progress. The art style looked really good across the board. The colors really popped. I also like the sci-fi take on the spring theme and the music was a nice cozy choice for it; that was a cool way to stand out.
Thanks for your elaborate feedback and I'm glad you liked all of the work we put in! We only had two days so polish was minimal but we did our best!
Simple premise, excellent execution! though i can't think of how you implemented the seamless loop limitation. all in all i'm impressed this got made in 2 days! good job c:
Thanks for your kind words and for giving it a play. The seamless loop is that you restart the loop of the sun, and therefore the restore the health of the planet.
simple, fun and pretty. A very well made game, good job!
Thank you!
It's a game with very beautiful art and it's a lot of fun
Thanks :)
Very fun!!!
Yey! Thx!
Really impressive that this is made within 2 days!
Thank you! That's the power of 2 people crunching hard :P
Super cool! I would play more levels of this, it is very fun!
Happy to hear that! Thanks for playing!
I enjoyed the gameplay a lot — I would have played more levels for sure.
Thanks, we only had time for the core gameplay loop as we only had 2 days but glad to hear you'd play more of it ^^
That's really an adorable little game and a cool interpretation of the theme. I definitely wouldn't have considered going the sci-fi route lol
Personally I'm a huge sci-fi fan, and terraforming in games is an amazing way of showing progress, I like how the planet gradually changes little by little (the flowers, trees and the ice slowly disappearing)
And honestly, I like the art style. The simplicism of it really adds to the cozy vibe, not sure how to describe it properly..
Obviously quick to play, but very fun!
Thanks for playing and your feedback, glad you liked it!! :)
Cute! Took me a while to figure out what you're supposed to be doing, but I like the general idea!
Thank you! We didn't have time for an in-game tutorial so I'm glad you figured it out :)
