This feels pretty enjoyable to play, the speed is well polished and complement the game mood, I liked the sprites and the suddenly control inversion, it gives a very good play difficulty that most of players enjoy, solid work here :3

Love the name of the game, and that the game actually have “bugs” to kill” and “bugs” in the system. I don’t know if it’s possible to disarm the bomb? I keep dying.
At first, I fell into the hole, but I thought it was grass we could walk on. The main character moves quite fast. I think that’s a good thing once we encounter more and more bugs, but it can get some time to get used to.
Audio and SFX can help make the experience more immersive. Add some more “waves” with power ups, and challenges, and the player will stay for more. The core game loop is good.
As state in the metadata, description and it always appears as notification in game to indicate, yes it is there is button to defuse the bomb on both side of the screen appear when the bomb is triggered.
Since this is solo development, I apologize that I couldnt able to develop the whole production grade (like upgrade feature) within a few days so this proof of concept and MVP is about the finished core game mechanics, base sfx and bug fixes.
However, hope you having fun with my game.
I liked the random events in the middle of trying to survive the bugs.
When life gives you bugs, SHIP IT! Very cool concept! Good job.
Such a creative take on the theme! I love how the 'features' keep you on your toes and add a layer of challenge to the gameplay, Great job!
The concept is really cool, and having random bugs affect the player adds a great layer of challenge! It would be awesome to have some audio cues when a bug event triggers, though. It's a bit hard to immediately notice what just happened while busy dodging the flying bugs. But after trying it a few times, the controls feel super fluid and it's really fun. Great job!
Wow, such a nostalgic vibe!
The “Features” were simple and really fun to play with. Great job! (ツ)ノ
Very cute game! It's simple but the twist adds enough variety
I think you should try and use canvas_items on the stretch mode so the font won't look like this. In general, I would try to make the "bugs" a little more noticable, because at first I didn't understand why I was moving and how can I disable the bomb (simple flashing of the text and / or sound works great )
Very nice effort for solo dev
I managed to kill 30 bugs and complete the level. . Ha! Had a ton of fun!. Good game!
Fun little game. I didn't notice that warnings at the bottom until a couple plays in about inverting controls etc.
That got me... also I didn't realize the ends were not just grass and ran into that a few times.
But it's a fun little concept good job!
The music is quite endearing, and the vibe is pleasantly cozy. It has an intriguing quality, though there is ample room for improvement. Incorporating effects and perhaps smoothing out the transitions would enhance it. As it stands, one hardly notices the sudden drop, and suddenly, you're at the end. It's not immediately evident that this area with grass is actually a cliff and not something you can step on.

Its a cute game with a challenge! I like that there are "bugs" that forces the player to move. Very arcade game feel.
The game's tough and fun in a great way! I really like the pixelart and a cute little bgm combo for this bug feature filled game!
This game is tough! I like it, well done!
Some of the things happening in the game could be more clear. I did not spot the defuse message until the third or fourth try I think.
